Delightful summer house with a fantastic location almost on the beach. The cottage has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a comfortable daybed in the living room. It is located on a beautiful plot with garden and covered terrace with evening sun. The cottage is located about 20 meters from a nice beach and a small bathing jetty. There is less than 1 km to a cozy ice cream shop/barbecue and 10 min. by car to shopping and a little further to Haderslev city center. Enjoy a fantastic beach holiday in this unique cottage.

Idyllic holiday and fishing house with room for the family.

Enjoy the sound of tranquility in this family-friendly home, which offers plenty of activities beyond the norm for all kinds of children and adults. The home is safe for small children. Here, there may be free home-grown fruits and eggs from our own chickens for free use. The grounds lead down to a "large" river, where fish jump! In addition to a fantastic view, with a short distance to the swimming lake, zoo or Legoland, etc. The home here will ensure a cozy atmosphere. Possibility of renting a car and bicycles.

Take a break and relax in a cozy cottage, located at the end of the road, close to both forest and water. The house is located on a large, private plot with a garden and three terraces, so you can stay in the sun during the day. There is a beautiful view of the water towards Halk. In the house, there are two bedrooms, one bathroom and an open kitchen and living area with large windows. From the house, there are walkways directly down to Kelstrup beach, one of the most popular beaches in Southern Jutland.

The house is newly renovated and has a unique location on a south-facing slope, right down to the beach edge. With the view over Genner Bay and Kalvø, you can see porpoises, lots of birds and follow the boats sailing to and from the marina on the other side of the water. The house has a south-facing terrace and direct access to its own child-friendly beach. The house has two bedrooms available, kitchen/living room with fantastic views and toilet with bath.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. We have renovated the premises in 2020, so they look nice. The premises consist of a family room, entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, living room on the 1st floor. Total approx. 90 m2. Large north-facing terrace with sun from the southwest and west. Access to a large lawn. There is a lockbox if we are not home when guests arrive.
