~ 💎 Beautiful Blue Room (2nd person FREE!) 💎 ~

FahrurroziRating, 5 stars24 months ago
Second time staying at Michel’s. The location is really easy to reach from the airport. This is an important factor for me because my flight was very early in the morning and I could easily get the bus that take me to the airport from there. As there’s always bus to go to the airport, from there, I could continue my trip to the central easily as well. The surrounding area is calm and quiet. There was a forest close to there with a lake and sandy shore, all just one bus stop. The room and the house are well prepared by Michel. Overall, I had a good stay.

April is a super kind person. I needed to stay for a week for work purposes and she amazingly accomodate my needs. The bedroom is really nice and the flat quite quiet which was perfect to rest and work. I also fell in love with her cats. They were sweet and friendly.

Amir was an excellent host. He will respect your need for privacy when needed but also he's also happy to chat at length about shared interests. The apartment is conveniently located near a shopping centre and the two neighbouring tram lines run straight into the centre of Amsterdam. Thanks for letting us share your space, Amir!

Apartment Haarlem, half an hour from Amsterdam.

AlexanderRating, 5 stars22 months ago
My stay in Bastiaan's place was a wonderful experience. The communication with the host was easy and reliable as Bastiaan was very responsive and replied to my messages within the hour, while being proactive in recommending activities and locations. Also, Bastiaan is very friendly and speaks very good english - easing communication. The flat is as advertised, being tidy and inviting, as especially kitchen and bathroom are clean and in very good condition. The flat is large enough to support 1-4 guests comfortably, as there exist a double bed, a pull out bed and a large comfortable couch to sleep. Journey to and from Amsterdam was a bit cumbersome and time-consuming (30-45m) but possible also after midnight, allowing for personal flexibility. Haarlem is a peaceful town with good opportunities for walks, bicycle rides and trips to the seaside, as well as easy grocery shopping options as well as cafes. I warmly recommend the flat for everyone and for any length of stay!

Coolest Apartments in Haarlem City - 2nd floor

KeyaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
This apartment was wonderful! Clean, modern, comfortable, convenient, with everything you need. The pleasant host met with us to give us a tour and recommendations. Very cute little 3rd level apartment, historic and authentic but also contemporary. The spiral staircase was nice too, not as steep and narrow as traditional European homes. Right on the outskirts of city center, minutes away from everything, including the train station. Plenty of restaurants and lots of shopping, a few local museums and other activities. Or just take the train 20 mins to Amsterdam. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy attic room on canal with free parking

IpekRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We felt very comfortable and welcome in the accommodation. Despite the fact that the host and his family live in the accommodation, he left us our privacy. Oneal has been accommodating and always easily accessible. Flexible check-in was also possible. When we left, he gave us a little snack, which was very thoughtful. Thanks again for that :)

The attentions to the reception and the friendly host immediately made us feel very warm. The house is located in a lively cozy neighborhood and yet we were not bothered by this in the bedrooms at all. We slept well and could hear the birds early in the morning. We may come back with our family.

60m2 apt with patio for 2, on border Amsterdam

KaterynaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The host filled the fridge with an unexpected treat of drinks and wine, which pleasantly surprised us. There was a lot of space in the apartment, it was generally nice. I was a little cold at night, but on hot days it will be great. You could hear the footsteps of the people living above us and how someone was using the water, because the house was built a long time ago. Definitely a very nice garden. Very kind and helpful Host.

Whole apartment in the old centre of Amsterdam

AnaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
My family had a wonderful stay at Niels’ place. For starters, Niels saved us after another host cancelled our stay (citing nonspecific “maintenance” issues) less than 24h before we were due to check in. He then let us drop off our luggage while his place was being readied for us, which was very helpful since our plans had been upended. Throughout Niels was kind and very communicative. And the home itself was perfect. My family of five slept very comfortably and loved the location. Very grateful for our time there!

Private center apartment with rooftop terrace

M.G.Rating, 5 stars3 days ago
An absolutely perfect location from which to enjoy the city! It's a short tram ride to pretty much anywhere you want to go in town, and a short walk to lots of restaurants, shops, and lovely canal views. In the summer, being on the top floor may make the inside a bit too warm, but the windows open wide and the rooftop outdoor patio is large, surprisingly quiet, and perfect for relaxation, eating, and conversation if the weather is nice. In other words, the true Amsterdam canal-house stair climb is well worth the effort. Overall a very comfortable studio flat, good wifi connection, and a responsive and respectful host. Thank you, Sun!

Perfect place to stay in beautiful Amsterdam.

JulieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Brian was great from beginning to end. We got instructions for finding the keys in a lock box, got into the apartment and immediately felt at home. Clean, light, airy and comfortable. Brian gave us local restaurant recommendations that were perfect. And quickly responded when I couldn't figure out the washing machine. It was seamless from beginning to end. The location is perfect for long canal walks, exploring a fun area of the city and close to bus and tram lines to get you whereever you want to go. Highly recommend!

Lovely cottage in the green, 10 mins from beach.

JosephineRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Roëlle’s place was perfect for me. It was very close to where I wanted to be. It was quiet and peaceful. Although, the room was a bit small, it had everything I needed. And I loved having access to a bicycle. This made me feel perfectly at home and allowed me to go where I wanted to go. Roëlle and Michor checked on me several times to make sure everything was in order. If the opportunity presents itself I would like to come back one day.

Old milk shop in the heart of Haarlem

CarolRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Margot’s apartment is charming! As is Haarlem. The location couldn’t be better. It’s outside of the core of the city, so that it is quiet and a very pleasant place to be. It’s a short walk in to town, and there is a supermarket and a few eateries in the neighborhood. The bed is comfortable, the sofa and dining table are excellent too. The decorations including original paintings really enhance the space. Margot’s place is a real find where you can live comfortably as a temporary local. Don’t miss Oscar bakery. Their sandwiches are especially good. And the gelato at Garrone is delicious. Enjoy Haarlem including some very excellent museums.

We had a super nice time at the place. There was always a good atmosphere in the bar directly below. The Hague and Zandvoort with beach and race track are not far away by car. In the evening it was a bit louder for the weekend but within reason, for us it was no problem :) Thank you for the beautiful accommodation!

Estelle was brilliant - we told her we were going to a concert in Amsterdam and before we even flew out, she told us what buses to take to get to the venue. She was happy to give us recommendations when we asked and responded quickly. Lovely apartment, clean and nicely decorated. Quiet area, bus into Haarlem centre is very close by and there's a supermarket about a 10min walk. Would happily stay again!
