Welcome to the Kat Kult's city loft, where raw East City energy meets an extraordinary gallery of feline art, boasting the largest private collection of cat memorabilia in Africa! Whether you’re hunting for the city’s top-tier coffee, exploring hidden art galleries, or sipping cocktails at high-end hotspots, you’re at the epicenter of the action.

The space
Hidden in the roof of a historic tea warehouse and print factory in East City precinct, lies a sky parlor unlike any!
Kick back like a cat on an urban safari as you spot and count feline fandom hiding in the most unusual places throughout the 120-square-meter industrial loft apartment.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Comfortably accommodates up to 3 adults (or 2 adults + 2 kids) with 1 x King-size bed and 1 x Double sleeper couch in the lounge.
Living & Work Areas:
Expansive open-plan flow connecting the bedroom, lounge, and dining space, complete with an acoustic piano and fast fiber Wi-Fi.
Kitchen Nook:
Fully equipped for all cooking needs.
Bathroom:
Enclosed space featuring a large corner bathtub, frameless glass shower, and a unique corrugated swinging "Dirk" door.
Storage & Amenities:
Walk-in closet/dressing room behind the bathroom, equipped with a washing machine for longer stays.
Upper Deck & Patio:
Unwind surrounded by native South African plants and an indoor tree. Relax in our custom Victorian Cast Iron Tub, uniquely adapted as an outdoor deck couch.

Dining & Nightlife: Minutes from premier dining spots including Belly of the Beast, Galjoen, Seebamboes, Tambourine, Lunacy, and Yakiniku at East City Grill (located in 84 Harrington, the world's tallest hempcrete building).

Centrally located and in the heart of Cape Town city centre, the fully renovated loft is the ideal base to explore & walk the city. Situated in the East City, with its vibey nightlife and lively party scene, the Cat Condo is where the cool cats park off when they want to play like a city cat in Cape Town.
The location of the Cat Condo falls under the Cape Town Central City Improvement District. The area is as safe as any other major city. You can walk around the neighbourhood during the day and night. Should you feel unsafe or get lost around town, any time of the day or night, look for the CCID security guys who work for the city and its citizens. They are always willing to assist. The work of the CCID Safety & Security is a key reason the South African Police Service (Cape Town) regards Cape Town Central City as the safest CBD in the country.
