Gail’s place was perfect for my week-long intensive class at Emory—close, convenient, clean, had everything I needed. She was a fabulous host, offering clear instructions for check in and out and even some suggestions on places to eat. The bedding and accommodations were comfortable. Great mini-kitchen. I hope to stay again!

Kate's place was a little piece of heaven. She was so easy to communicate with and she allowed us to secure a wonderful place during a very busy time of graduation in Athens. We loved being only about 15 minutes from campus and yet in a quiet and peaceful setting. The studio cottage had everything we needed to feel right at home. We were given wonderful directions and the home was so comfortable and clean. Thanks for a memorable weekend celebration homebase.

We enjoyed our stay, pretty close to Truist park where our concert was. Everything was clean, tidy and cozy. A great place to relax after our busy outings!

Sean made things easy — clear communication from initial booking. It was clean, quiet, and perfectly located. I could walk most anywhere I wanted to go. It was a nice atmosphere and would definitely stay there again.

My stay was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Monté was an exceptional host—very responsive, thoughtful, and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. The location was also perfect. This is the second time our family of four has stayed at 121 Kenyon Street, just steps away from the Beltline. We love it! We have two boys (15 and 11) who can both sleep in the loft, or one can sleep on the living room sofa and one in the loft. Very walkable to restaurants places on Carroll Street or along the beltline (highly recommend Mucacho). The place is very tastefully decorated and appointed. Super comfortable master bed. Quiet at night. Flock of chickens in the side and back yard are a plus. This is a great little place.

Loved my experience staying here! Place was clean and comfortable. Brandi was informative, clear with instructions, and has great hospitality! Location is near lots of good foodies and other experiences, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning an ATL trip!(:

This was the cleanest and coziest place I've ever stayed at. Everything was in order, the location was great and the host was super nice. Book this place, you won't be disappointed!

This is an amazing place to stay for a traveling single or couple! Everything was well kept, private, and comfortable but also very close to everything you need. We arrived as the host was tending to the goats, so we got to meet her and Moose the dog as well (who is very excitable and friendly!). It was nice to feed the goats who are well socialized and are very well taken care of. It's in a nice and quiet area. I would definitely stay here again!

The tiny home is a cute getaway in a great neighborhood with tons to walk to. Your just a few minutes from MARTA to head into Decatur or a very short walk to Edgewood and the Old Fourth Ward. An absolutely perfect location!

It was nice and everything looked like the pictures. Great stay for a couple.

The bed swing and firepit create an ideal ambience for a restful evening. We were fortunate enough to have rain; the sound of raindrops on the metal roof was the perfect final touch! We'll be back, for sure!

The place was lovely. There is also a food spot thats really good thats close to this location too. Will use Joshua place any time!!!!

We were in Atlanta for only a couple of nights for a concert. We absolutely loved our stay! I’ve stayed in lots of airbnbs but my husband is usually hard to please — but even he thoroughly enjoyed the place. We had everything we needed. Jennifer was extremely responsive. It was quiet, very comfortable bed, a full kitchen in this tiny home, plenty of nice towels for the shower, and coffee pods for the keurig. We were super close to everything we wanted to do! My husband mainly wanted to check out some local vinyl record stores and we were within an 8 minute drive to a lot of those! I would 100% stay here again when we come back to Atlanta. One of the best experiences I’ve had!

This place is one of my new favorites! If i were to describe it in one word, it would be “cozy.” I would absolutely book this place again on my next visit to Athens!

The cabin was even better in person, Donna went above and beyond and made us feel so welcomed. The walk around the neighborhood was beautiful and the neighbors were all very friendly. There is a nice view of the river and the atmosphere was so cozy and peaceful. We will be bookmarking for future visits for sure!

Troy’s place is quiet, new, cozy, and perfect for a stay with my wife. Troy is a great host and his property is immaculate. We will definitely rent from him again in the future.

Great stay for a quick trip while traveling. Neighborhood felt very safe and the instructions to find the accommodation and check in were very clear. Huge bonus that the host will provide aquarium access using their seasonal pass which helped us save a good amount of money and skip the line. Kind host, and overall great stay.

We had a fantastic stay with Vivian! She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The check-in process was seamless, and the space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and so cute! (We loved the LED lights and Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom) The location was within 15-30 minutes of everywhere we needed to be. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Atlanta!

the place was beautiful! i had a few concerns of privacy, and lauren let me know it’d be more private then i expected. I will say it was definitely private! the only “quirk” was i heard their washer and dryer. DUH! so it’s not a bad thing. Overall, if you’re looking to do something fun in atlanta 100% would recommend for a quiet, yet amazing and youthful experience

Great last minute Airbnb for a day trip in Athens! The place was uniquely decorated and you could tell a lot of thought went into each small detail. We loved the little library and all the paintings/prints on the walls. We look forward to returning!
