My partner and I had a great stay here for a long weekend. The place was so peaceful and quiet but close to amenities. The bed in particular was so comfortable, something I find hard to find at Airbnb’s! Claire and her husband were such lovely hosts and even gave us some free home grown eggs for breakfast. Plus lots of local recommendations. The local is good for seeing both the north and south coast. Easy to get the train too if you don’t fancy driving. 100% would come back and recommend the others too!

Lovely little cottage with fantastic hot tub and outdoor space. Walking distance to Polperro village and easy access to the coastal path too.

We loved our stay in this cottage! It has such a cosy homely feel and is equipped with everything you’d need! The bed was super comfy and it was nice to have a tv in both bedrooms and the living space! The hot tub area was gorgeous and a great place to unwind and relax, very private area! Shaun the host was super friendly and very responsive! We couldn’t fault this place - amazing value for money. Would recommend and would love to return in the future!

We had the most wonderful time.The location of the property is great for exploring and the setting so peaceful! The pictures perhaps did not do it full justice as it was even better!being in a bath over looking the countryside was next level! Clare was very clear on the whole process of how to get to the property,check in,ideas for places to visit and things to do.The personalised written message and goodies are special touches that mean a lot so thank you!cannot praise everything about our stay enough!we hope to be back!X

Our stay in Fowey was nothing short of magical, and this Airbnb made it even more special. The location is fantastic -yes, it’s partway up a hill, but the stroll into town is short, scenic, and lined with the most charming restaurants and harborfont bars. Fowey itself is absolutely adorable. The converted schoolhouse is truly one-of-a-kind. The hosts did an amazing job preserving the original charm while creating a modern, inviting space that’s perfect for entertaining. And the hot tub overlooking the harbor? Unreal. I probably spent half the trip soaking in it. There were even thoughtful touches like umbrellas to borrow, which came in handy in classic English weather. We did experience a minor issue with noise from neighbors in an adjoining unit, but the host was incredibly responsive and professional. They made it clear they cared and took swift action to make sure we were comfortable.

This was our third stay at Nancy's House. Here are some of the things that drew us back: snug but spacious house that feels loved and lived in, peacefully tucked into a farm where interesting things always seem to be happening, and just a few steps from exhilarating open spaces; lovely hosts. Oh, and the hot-tub is very nice!

A really homely cottage. Perfect for a few days getaway. Unfortunately it rained on our break so ended up stuck inside. It would have been nice to have sat outside more! Overall it has what it says on the tin. Don't go here if you are expecting all mod cons and a pristine home. It's just somewhere cosy to get away from it all, with friendly owners and lots of privacy.

Tracy was very responsive and helpful. You immediately felt like she really cares that her guests have every comfort and feel welcome. The clotted cream and scones on arrival were a lovely touch that we really appreciated. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything you can possibly need. The area was perfect for us and easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit us St Ives, Falmouth to name just two. Our only regret was that it was only a 3 night stay this time but we will be sure to return for longer next time.

We had the most wonderful stay at Tallulah Cottage. It is the perfect pad for a Cornish getaway. The cottage itself has a well-equipped and spacious kitchen, a relaxing living area, cosy mezzanine bedroom and squeaky-clean bathroom. Outside there is a small garden area opposite the cottage but admittedly there is a road between this and the cottage and we did notice some cars/vans driving up it very quickly so had to be careful with letting our pooch wander. Susie was extremely friendly and I’d definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone wanting to explore far SW Cornwall.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. We loved relaxing in the warm conservatory after our days out walking. Easy walking access to SW coast path and within 15 minutes car ride of Penzance and St Just.

Lovely cottage crammed with period features and charm. Fabulous host, really attentive and communicated pro actively. The location made it, you step out of the garden onto the Chappel Valley path which follows the steam, that flows through your garden, down to Chappel Porth Cove which is amazing. If the Cove looks like nothing special then it's high tide, when the tide goes out its miles of golden sand and hidden caves, stunning. Lovely coastal walk to StAgnes which is a lovely place to explore, so many lovely places to eat. The dressed crab at the Tap House is amazing. Arrival was lovely, Laura had left us a locally sourced cream tea, local teas and coffees, fresh flowers, even shampoos for our dog, so thoughtful. We absolutely loved our stay thank you

We stayed in the cottage for 5 days. The garden was like a small, beautiful paradise, someone has very green fingers. The tub and views were amazing. Inside the cottage was exceptionally clean, with all the amenities you would ever need, of a high quality. Great comfy bed too. Excellent location for exploration. Had a wonderful stay at Sue's very comfortable & cosy cottage. It was magical & so peaceful to wake up every morning seeing the sun & sea. Sue is a great host, very helpful & available. Taken away some very happy memories, we'll definitely be coming back. Thanks Sue

We had a great stay here in the village of Sticker. It is on the main bus route from St Austell to Truro, so was very easy to get to from the train station (which is next to the bus station). Steve & Sue were very welcoming and helpful, and the cottage had everything we needed for our 12 day stay. There is a pub and a village shop/post office a short walk away, so very convenient. We hired a car and found it very easy to get about as we were so central. It was lovely to come back after a day’s sightseeing to the peace and quiet of our cosy cottage (and sit in the garden when the weather permitted!). We would not hesitate to recommend Steve’s cottage!

Great location and lovely setting for the well appointed, comfortable accommodation. John was friendly, helpful, communicative, interested and welcoming. We had a brilliant stay and definitely wish to return. Many thanks John.

What a lovely cottage in a great location. Everything you could need was here with the addition of treats left by the owner Michelle to welcome us. Very comfy bed and practical wet room. Nearby the Miners Arms 2 or 3 minute walk away was an added bonus for drinks and food. We can highly recommend this characterful cottage and its owner Michelle. Thanks again Andy and Kate

John and Jane were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Made us all feel very much at home, also leaving us alone to enjoy their cottage. Always on hand for a chat or for anything we needed to borrow ie beach towels and beach rug, thank you both for being such lovely hosts, making our stay so much more enjoyable. Hot tub was very relaxing and a wonderful end of day time for the driver. Cottage itself was very lovely from the minute we entered, very tasteful and everything, if not more than I expected, so peaceful and beautiful. Keep going just as you are, just beautiful. Eleanor’s cottage was perfect for our family of four. It is next to the creek and a very short walk to the pub and ferry. The cottage was great, with comfortable beds and everything we needed. We picked up some supplies on our way to the cottage at the supermarket in Helston, but the local shop in Helford was handy too. Parking was on the creek or up in a nearby car park (a 2 minute walk up the hill). We bought a ticket for the week and left the car there except on the days we were venturing further afield. We had such a great holiday and would definitely recommend this beautiful part of Cornwall and Eleanor’s lovely cottage!

This is a lovely countryside location which is walking distance from the beach . It’s tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean, spacious and everything I needed. Rachel was quick to reply when we needed to be flexible with the dates and also welcoming when we arrived .

Made our holiday memorable. Fantastic views,fantastic location and more importantly, was exactly as advertised!

We had a lovely week staying at Calcite Cabin. The cabin is comfortable, peaceful and private with everything we needed. We loved sitting in the hot tub listening to the birds singing and our dog loved the enclosed garden. We enjoyed having the watersports centre on site where we used our paddleboard and hired one of the centre's kayaks. We also joined one of the swimming sessions, had a nice lunch in the cafe and watched tiny goslings on the lake. The site wardens were really friendly and helpful. We had beautiful weather so visited local beaches (Kynance Cove and Porthleven are stunning), Lizard Point and had Mexican food at Chimichangas. We also had day trips to the Eden Project and St Ives. We'd highly recommend Calcite Cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful, dog friendly holiday or those who like to be on the water. There's some heathland adjacent to the centre where dogs can be walked on the lead, and down the road is a nature reserve where dogs can go off lead.

Great central location for exploring the area, very peaceful and friendly village, would definitely recommend for dog walking

We had a really lovely stay at Apple loft, Alison was so friendly and great with communication. She added lots of personal touches, which was greatly appreciated. We brought our 6 month old and there was plenty of space around the bed for a travel cot, and Alison supplied a high chair. Alison sent her recommended places in the local area before we arrived, which was really helpful. We’d definitely recommend to anyone visiting the local area x
