Architect's family beach house at Dooey, Dogs ok

KatherineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a wonderful stay at Denise’s lovely house. Extremely comfortable and cosy, and fantastic views. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to settle in straight away. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots of things to do, and Denise supplied some great recommendations — particularly a surf lesson with Surf’s Up on Dooey beach. We hope to be back again!
A modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with glass panels and a tiled floor. A sleek vanity with a sink is positioned beside a large mirror. Neutral tones create a clean and spacious appearance, enhancing functionality.

Ennis Ealga Gweedore

We had the most wonderful weekend at Jame's place! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The house was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. James and Joanne were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location was also fantastic – close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and private. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you again for such an amazing stay!

Private secluded home in the centre of the village

IainRating, 5 stars4 days ago
This is a beautiful house. It is spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. The open plan kitchen, diner and seating area has lovely light and clean lines. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for a family stay. The seating area is very comfortable and the dining area looks out onto the private garden that surrounds the property. The separate lounge also has two very comfortable large couches, and is a great place to ralax and read a book. The bedrooms are all bright and spacious with plenty of space for clothes etc. The house has been beautifully designed and skillfully balances a spacious feel with the comfort of a cozy house. The property is within walking distance of decent pubs/restaurants and shops. There is also a stunning beach which you'll have virtually to yourself within walking distance. We had a wonderful time there even though the weather was a little mixed. Communication from our host was excellent and he provided a very generous welcome pack.

Glamping Rann na Feirste: The Stag

AllisonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was the perfect place for my spouse and I for our quick trip to Donegal. It’s very clear that the two of them put a lot of care into their property. The Glenn that it is situated in feels magical. There are a few glamping pods, nestled together, but you feel very private once you’re inside. The woodfired hot tub is amazing.

Kitty's Cottage

LaurenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The location is excellent, within walking distance to 2 pubs, the Caislean Oir Hotel (good food), Dannie Minnie's (outstanding food), a couple of takeaways (Pizza at Top Pizza is excellent) and a handy grocery store. It is an excellent base to explore Donegal, within plenty of beaches, tourist spots and scenic drives nearby. The cottage itself is well equipped, with a modern new kitchen, washing machine, air fryer, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, pots and pans, glasses etc. The homemade scones, milk, butter and jam was a very welcome treat! Central heating was responsive and hot. TV with Netflix app was great for chilling out in the evenings. The living room sofa is very comfortable. 3 double bedrooms with clean, fresh linens and a generous amount of towels and plenty of wardrobe space. The hairdryer was also a convenient bonus. Off street, private parking. The cottage was set back from the road which meant it was safe and quiet. We would most certainly return :)
