Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Fantastisk stuga vid fridfull sjö, privat badbrygga. Varm och kallvatten, diskmaskin och alla bekvämligheter. Kamin att elda i om det blir kyligt. Helt för er själva tillsammans med djur och natur. Vatten helt intill stugan med bastu och stora trädäck. Stugan ligger i solläge från 10:00-22:30 sommartid. Stora möjligheter till cykel och vandring i skog och natur. Det är långt till närmaste hus så ni är mitt ute i naturen. 10 km till närmaste affär.

Fritidshus Hammare Hagfors

Fritidshus Hammare in Hagfors is recent volledig gerenoveerd. Het is een gezellig knus huis met een houtkachel en openslaande tuindeuren naar de grote veranda. Je hebt een geweldig uitzicht over de grote tuin met waterstroompje (perceel 3ha). Soms lopen er hertjes, elanden of een vosje. Het is een mooie plek om te verblijven en te genieten van de rust, de ruimte en omgeving met diverse activiteiten. Op 700 meter zit een groot meer. Het centrum met diverse winkels zit op ong. 5 minuten rijden.

Er zit een nieuwe keuken in, badkamer met vloerverwarming, een goede centrale verwarming en de woning is goed geisoleerd. De woning ligt vrij centraal in Hagfors (ongeveer 5 minuten rijden van het centrum) en ligt tevens vlak bij mooi wandelgebied en op ongeveer 10 minuten rijden van mooie badplaatsen. Er is een grote omheinde achtertuin aanwezig.

Välkommen till insta @Frykstaladan. Den ligger 50 m från den sagoomspunna sjön Frykens södra ände. Detta unika boende har en helt egen stil som har vuxit fram under de fem år som vi byggt om ladan. Högt i tak och gott om utrymme både inne och ute. Allt är nytt och fräscht. Perfekt ställe för vila och rekreation. Rymligt fritidshus med sjötomt. Färdigbyggt 2017 med ljus och öppen planlösning med alla tänkbara bekvämligheter. Här finns tillgång till båt och en härlig badbrygga. Sjö perfekt för fiske! Kolgrill finns att låna till grillkvällarna som man kan spendera på en härlig trall med sjöutsikt. Huset har ett större sovrum med dubbelsäng samt ett mindre sovrum med våningssäng med en större säng nederst. På loftet finns en vanlig säng samt en bekväm madrass på golvet. AC finns för varma dagar.

The house has a great location on the edge of a small town with views overlooking the town. It has both easy access to town amenities, and direct access to the forest. On the short quiet street there is a community heritage homestead at one end serving light snacks on weekdays, and a newly finished children's play park at the other end.
