Take it easy at this unique and cozy place. Warm welcome to "129". Our guest house is located right by the sea, on a secluded part of our garden. Quiet, harmonious and peaceful. Swimming facilities are available. 2 km to Gränsö nature reserve with nice hiking trails, 3 km to Västervik city center. 1 km to Ekhagen golf course. Suitable for two or max three people. It is nice to dock by boat at our jetty if you want to bring a boat. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but we wish they sleep in their own bed.

Utsikten mot sjön skapar förutsättningar för härliga naturupplevelser. Med sitt unika läge passar boendet både barnfamiljer och paret som vill rå om varandra. Med kanot (hyr av värden) kan du uppleva Kalmar Läns största sjö endast med paddeltagens ljud som hörs och få möjligheten att se fridlysta djur, alltifrån havsörn till utter.

Ekhagen's golf course is about 2 km from the accommodation and to Västervik city center it is about 30 minutes walk. PLEASE NOTE: Bring sheets/towel or rent at a cost of 500 SEK Guests are responsible for being cleaned upon departure or buy for it upon arrival for SEK 600.

Newly renovated garden house for 5 people

Our garden house is a newly renovated accomodation located close to baths, golf and nature with walking distance to the town centre-approximately 10-15 minutes. The house is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and a microwave oven and all the kitchen utensils you might need. During the summer months you also have access to a barbecue. One bathroom with toilet and a shower cubicle. There are 5 beds; one king size bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. We wish you very welcome!

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Of course, there is TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 min to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

On a unique sea plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh cottage of 56 sqm, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms+ sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in open plan with a fireplace. The cottage has a total of 5 beds. WC with shower and washing machine.
