We call our adorable and cozy 1BR townhome 'Beachside Joy” -- it is a beautiful gulf front unit that sits directly on the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach! When you stay here you are on the beach -- just walk down the deck stairs! This is not a high rise condo or hotel; there are no elevators to wait for and you don't have to share the beach with a thousand other condo residents. It's so wonderful to be able to walk right out the door and onto the beach or into the water!

A serene lazy river flows gracefully beneath a turquoise ceiling, bordered by palm trees that sway gently. The clear water reflects the sunlight, creating a peaceful ambiance. In the background, the beautiful beachfront can be glimpsed, enhancing the relaxing atmosphere.

The Best Resort in Panama City Beach, FL! Splash resort is 1BD/2 BTH. This condo is on the beach, with an amazing gulf view. It includes a king bed, twin bunk beds and a queen size sleeping sofa There are 2 smart TVs, Wifi, washer and dryer. You can enjoy amazing views from the gulf-front balcony and or while cooking or dining in the kitchen. For the kids we have an Aqua Park or you can just relax in the Lazy River one of two pools, hot tub, or work out in the gulf view gym!

Great location, well stocked with all the necessities. I realize you shouldn’t count on there being beach supplies so they don’t say there are but they have lots of sand toys some chairs and a few umbrellas. So if you are flying in you don’t have to worry about buying anything until you see what they have. Showers could use a good grout scrub but other than that very clean!!

We had a wonderful visit! Great water views from balconies, easy access to the beach, pool & hot tub (with beautiful sunset views). I fell asleep on the front balcony every night listening to the waves. Communication with host was great. No issues with condo complex (quiet & the few owners we met were all nice & welcoming). We appreciated that the front bedroom was separated from the two other bedrooms. Great space for our family of 5 to spend the week. Located close to grocery stores, great restaurants, shopping, etc. & less than 1/2 hr drive to St Andrew’s State Park.

A bright living space is highlighted by floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to a beach view. Light-colored furniture, including two armchairs, and a dining area with high-backed chairs create an inviting atmosphere. The tiled floor adds a clean look, connecting the open layout.
