My friends and I recently enjoyed a delightful 3-night stay at a fantastic Airbnb villa in Goa. Situated on the main road, the villa is new, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. Its prime location offered easy access to numerous nearby restaurants, making dining out a breeze. The host was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any minor issues or queries we had. All amenities listed were available and functioning perfectly. The villa featured three spacious, comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and efficient air conditioning. Our overall experience was excellent. The host's attentiveness and the villa's superb condition made our stay memorable. We felt welcome and well cared for throughout our visit. Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Revant's place was amazing, so well done. the decor is just beautiful, the living room is amazing to chill in, the pool in the villa and the community pool are both wow, each room has an attached washroom and everything is kept super clean. the caretaker deva was amazing. cooked amazing breakfasts for us and even recommended massages. the host also dropped by with some holi sweets which was a really lovely touch!

The villa is very spacious with a beautiful swimming pool. The architecture is impressive, and the property is well-maintained. Bipul and his team were extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean, and the food was excellent. You'll love the Portuguese-style architecture. We had a great time there—the staff were very friendly, and overall, it was the best experience we've had in Goa. Plus, their puppy, Whisky, is so cute and friendly. We stayed at Xant for two nights during a family holiday and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was modern, well-equipped, and had a functional kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi, which was essential for my work. The location was ideal and peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of Goa, yet not too far from the beaches in the north. We especially appreciated the quiet surroundings. However, having a car is necessary to get around conveniently. The host was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily return on future visits.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

Place was as pretty as the pictures were. The caretaker were helpful and always available. Felt just at home with very comfy stay. recommend this place to people looking for staycation. The road leading to villa is quite small and bumpy rest location is near to all the major spots in North Goa.

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

We were a family of 14 and stayed at this old Portuguese village and it was an awesome experience. The 5 rooms were big and spacious, the pool is also big enough for all to jump inntogether. There are multiple places lile dinning area, Living area and the open sit out near the pool where we all could hangout. Break Fast and food that was cooked (we are Veg) was excellent and all the care takers and chef were happy to do what we asked for, also the Barbecue on the first day was excellent. Location of the villa is amazing with Shops, Restaurants and Nice party joints at 5-10min diatance. over all Angel was a great host to an Amazing Property.

Mitu treated us like a friend from the day of booking. The property was easy to find and neat and clean. The host surprised us with Early Checkin & Late CheckOut during Monsoon season. She also tried to find cook for us since ours was a big group. Perfect for 6-8 people. We cooked maggi as well as made tea ourselves since the kitchen was equipped. Mobile network can be issue but they have good wifi around the property. Everyone loved the place and cleanliness. Thank you for making our stay memorable. 🙏

This was my second time stay with Ritwik's Villa and was as amazing as my first stay. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place for a staycation. The property features a bar counter and a basement swimming pool with a music entertainment system, which added to the fun. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with two of them including bathtubs. The top terrace room had an open-air bathroom, which was a unique and enjoyable touch. Both the host and the building caretaker, Nadeem, were always available and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Super comfortable property, loved the beds and the T.V. Tried their breakfast which was beautifully presented and extremely delicious. The main highlight is definitely the pool, clean, well-maintained and even more enjoyable when it rains. The kitchen is fully equipped which everything one might need. Linen is clean and fresh, the housekeeping services deserve a 5 star. I think it's a great place if you're looking for a villa in north goa since it is in close proximity to the beaches, nightlife, restaurants, casinos and shopping areas. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.
