Sparkling clean flat in Guildford with parking

Come and stay in our refurbished flat in the basement of our Victorian town house. Guests also have a beautiful light-filled lounge. We have just added a Nespresso machine and pods! Spacious for couples & business travellers. Very close to Guildford's historic High Street and 2 minutes from London Road Guildford train station. Shops, restaurants, G Live Arts Centre, Yvonne Arnaud theatre, Guildford Castle and Stoke Park are all within walking distance. Guest parking for one car on the drive.

The studio flat is light, modern and airy inside with neutral decor. Compact and self contained. It is ideal for one or two people but can sleep 1-2 more, utilising the Muji sofa bed (width of a double when unfolded). The location is peaceful, friendly and safe and within walking distance of Guildford railway station and the town centre. Easy access to the A3 and M25. It is also a short walking distance from the university, business park and Surrey Hospital (less than 5 minutes by car).

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. This is a very cosy self contained double bedroom with ensuite, not a cottage with lots of rooms! Please read the full description and look carefully at the photos. Kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave. Very efficient electric wall heaters. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week.
