la casa è composta da : angolo cottura-soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale ,corridoio , bagno con doccia , camera con bagno con vasca e doccia ,e un'ampia terrazza coperta dove poter passare piacevoli ore in relax ed attrezzata per cenare all'aperto , tutta la casa ha una piacevole vista sul mare. Essa si trova in zona riservata e silenziosa ed è a pochi passi a piedi dal centro cittadino e si possono raggiungere le spiagge in pochi minuti di auto senza addentrarsi nel traffico cittadino .
