Camilo is awesome! He was very responsive to my messages. I was coming in from Bucaramanga and would be there hours after checkin. He was very accommodating with that. He also was very patient with my plans to go outside the city. I asked so la y questions! lol He politely gave me the best options to make use of the time I had here. Barichara is beautiful and this place is perfect for a person traveling solo (like me) or a couple.

The place is beautiful as in the photos, even better even in person it is perfect to rest and disconnect a little thanks to its homely environments you feel at home, in addition to having a beautiful garden to hang out with its two kittens that are the most beautiful🥹. On the other hand, Gregory's attention and kindness is excellent. He is a great person who is always ready to help and make your experience as warm as possible; it is definitely worth choosing this nice place and I can't wait to be able to come back seriously thank you very much for such a nice experience 💛🥹

The location and space were incredible, we really enjoyed our time. The space was super warm and back yard was large and Inviting. Overall an incredible place that is well ran from the overall cleanliness to recommendations that made our short stay very easy. We wished we could have stayed more days. Thanks again for being extra helpful ! I will return next time in Barichara!

This place was amazing. Location is perfect. Close to everything but in a peaceful location. Olga is incredible and was very patient with her communication as I speak no Spanish. Every morning she would make us a fantastic authentic Colombian breakfast that would start the day right. We came for a wedding and with all the rooms and space, it was the PERFECT place for groomsmen to prepare for a wedding. Jorge was great to communicate with as we were very late arriving and also worked to get me a ride back to airport. Loved it. I will say if you are used to sleeping in very cold conditions, this may be a challenge for you to get used to. That seems to be a common thing in Barichara though.

Perfect location, quiet atmosphere with a respectful and welcoming host! Had a great time at Mauro's, a house he built himself with his dad. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and with a private bathroom. A beautiful authentic experience to stay at a designer's home and live surrounded by their creations! I will definitely go back on my next visit to Barichara, it feels like home.
