Hi! We paused this listing first because it was badly damaged by Hurricane Irma and then due to Covid 19, but we're back – repaired and upgraded! The outdoor shower that our guests loved is still there, only now it has hot water. There's also a new kitchen made of hardwood we were able to salvage after Irma. Great news! The beach is still there, too, and still a just ten minute walk away. Always popular for being simple and beautiful in a fantastic location, now it's the same, but even better!

This "apartment" was actually our one bedroom home before building an adjacent bedroom/bathroom and our new home above. The stairway leads to your private abode, where you can just enjoy the breeze, sit back and relax. Probably the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Unbeatable views of the sound and the BVIs. This place is totally and completely private. It’s a bit of an adventure to get to, but a short drive to some beautiful beaches. Kelly our host was very quick with all communications. Hope to stay here again soon!

Great place. Sophie was super responsive and helpful. The place had great labels and instructions that made it super easy to move in and use the goodies. Dedicated parking place was a real plus. Super close to marina if you are going to moorings or sunsail.

This place is truly paradise.!!! The views are incredible of Brewers Bay from the living room & balcony. Heather was a super host. She referred the best restaurants in the area, hiking trails to see the bat caves, day charters & excursions. We took a boat out a couple days visiting Soggy & Foxy’s at Yost, Copper, Sandy Spit, the Bathes, Willy T’s & snorkeled with turtles. Highly recommend! Will be back soon… From FL we took Delta into St Thomas and ferry to Tortola. Next time will take AA into Tortola to avoid the ferry.
