Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Gualdo Cattaneo

Stefania is een enthousiaste en gepassioneerde kok en host. Ze denkt overal aan en ademt hospitality. We hebben er heerlijk gegeten, geklets en gelachen samen. De kookles is echt een aanrader. En de accommodatie is echt een thuis, gezellig en cosy. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is een goede uitval haven om de omgeving te verkennen, oa Assisi en ook Spello niet te vergeten. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per un lungo fine settimana di maggio L'ambiente e la location sono bellissimi, nelle colline umbre verdi e lontano dal traffico e dal rumore. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare l'accesso ma Bianca ci ha dato supporto telefonico. La casa è provvista del necessario per il soggiorno. Suggerisco di portarsi qualche genere alimentare di scorta perché la casa è un po' lontana dal centro abitato, circa 2 km, nei dintorni però c'è un panificio raggiungibile anche a piedi, anche se non vicinissimo

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! Anna è stata estremamente gentile e precisa fin dal primo contatto, fornendoci tutte le istruzioni in modo chiaro e puntuale. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti da Cinzia, una persona squisita che ci ha fatto fare il giro della casa e ci ha subito fatti sentire a nostro agio. La casa è perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di pace lontano dal caos della città: silenziosa, immersa nel verde e con un’atmosfera rilassante. Un grande punto a favore è la totale accoglienza verso gli animali: i nostri cuccioli si sono goduti il giardino completamente recintato in totale sicurezza e libertà, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole per tutta la famiglia. Torneremmo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un posto tranquillo, ben tenuto e gestito con grande cura. Grazie ancora ad Anna e Cinzia!

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Abbiamo passato 8 notti in questa splendida casetta immersa negli ulivi, con una vista spettacolare e comoda a raggiungere tutti i punti d'interesse in breve tempo! Raffaele è stato super disponibile e ci ha fornito un sacco di consigli utili! Non ci è mai capitato di trovare un host così gentile! La nostra vacanza non poteva andare meglio! Un pezzettino del nostro cuore è rimasto lì ❤️

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem absolut niedlichen Haus, das inmitten atemberaubender Natur liegt. Die Ruhe ist einzigartig – man hört nur das Zwitschern der Vögel, und hin und wieder zeigen sich Rehe am Waldrand. Einfach magisch! Der Pool war top gepflegt und man hatte richtig Ruhe. Ein echtes Highlight war für uns die Küche: So liebevoll eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet – das haben wir so noch nie erlebt! Der Gasherd und der hochwertige Backofen haben das Kochen zu einem Vergnügen gemacht. Gastgeber Diego war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man fühlt sich bei ihm sofort willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Ein perfekter Rückzugsort für alle, die Natur, Ruhe und liebevolle Details zu schätzen wissen.

Fin och snabb service av Daniela som var behjälplig med det vi behövde. Extra stor tacksamhet för vaktmästaren Nazareno som passade upp på oss varje dag och med sin varma personlighet berättade om slottet och området. Han var dessutom så himla gullig mot våra barn och visade dem trick som hans disciplinerade hund utförde. Dock väldigt kallt i poolen, det blev en liten utmaning för våra barn. Om ni söker ett privat lugn utan ett enda ljud från civilisation och en otrolig utsikt så är detta stället för er!

We absolutely loved it and would definitely want to return there - a very special place, lovely people - a real holiday!

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

This was the most magical place to call home while in Tuscany. Marco communicated really well from the beginning, and was available for any questions you may have had. The bathrooms were so clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were enough pillows and blankets if you got cold and the air conditioning was perfect for those hot days and as a bonus the wifi worked really well. The swimming pool was only a few steps away and had a breathtaking view as well and was super clean. The sunsets were to die for on the front patio and they even provide a table with an umbrella if you want to dine outdoors. This place was so beautiful and felt like home, it was our favourite place in all of Italy.

Casale molto bello immerso nella natura. L'appartamento è stato confortevole, spazioso e pulito . Elena è stata reattiva nelle risposte e super disponibile. Ci ha fatto trovare anche il necessario per la colazione. Lo spazio esterno bellissimo e a nostra totale disposizione. Montefalco dista qualche minuto di auto e tutti i dintorni sono splendidi. Abbiamo soggiornato con un bimbo di due anni trovando culla e seggiolone nell'appartamento. Torneremo sicuramente.

Daniela è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile oltre ad essere un host serio e professionale. L'appartamento è pulito, ben arredato e ben attrezzato di tutto il necessario. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della zona che sono davvero tante. Una particolare segnalazione va fatta all'area esterna, molto ben attrezzata e ideale per un riposino pomeridiano al ritorno dalle visite. Vorremmo nuovamente ringraziare Daniela per la squisita ospitalità nella speranza di poter tornare presto a visitare questi splendidi luoghi.

Giuseppina heeft haar geboortehuis typisch in Umbro stijl geweldig gerenoveerd. Er zijn verschillende opties, variërend van het aantal gasten dat wensen te reserveren. Wij hadden zelf het zogeheten podere il limonaia geboekt. Perfect voor een koppel. Alles was aanwezig en toen ze hoorde dat onze kinderen kwamen om te barbecuen, stonden er in de tuin opeens nog meer stoelen, tafels en zelfs een lang tafellaken klaar. Zo werd het een gezellige bbq. De tuin en het grasveld is goed onderhouden met rozen, lavendel, rozemarijn, geurende jasmijn, olijfbomen en een notenboom. Het afval wordt netjes gescheiden een dmv een code gaat de poort open. Een priveparking binnen het domein verzekert u van een veilige plek. Te voet of met de beschikbare fietsen kan men naar het vissersdorpje San Feliciano. Daar zijn verscheidene restaurants en als aanrader om 's-morgens te ontbijten of later te aperatieven aan het meer en tussen de Italianen is : el chiosco. De zonsondergang is fantastisch

Ornella super host, sempre gentile e premurosa, pronta a venire incontro a tutte le esigenze. Siamo andati in questo appartamento (perfetto per 4 come due coppie anche distinte che vogliono i loro spazi separati) e nonostante la ristrutturazione non fosse al 100% la casa è risultata estremamente accogliente.

Nicolina was a joy to deal with, so welcoming and very flexible with the checkout time, delicious home made tart on arrival. Everything was spotlessly clean and the views are amazing (in any weather!). Great private parking and the bonus of a washing machine. We ate all our meals on the patio, the clear screens offer great protection from either the cool evenings or the odd insect. Grazie mille Nicolina.

Splendida villetta con una vista mozzafiato sulla vallata. Tranquilla e confortevole anche durante i giorni lavorativi, splendido giardino ampio e facilmente fruibile con magnifiche piante! I contatti con i proprietari sono sempre stati rapidissimi e cortesi, pronti a soddisfare ogni dubbio o necessità. Ottima vacanza!

Loris persona ottima luogo incantato natura pura volpe e altri animali nella notte insomma magnifico posto e host. Aggiungo anche la cortesia di quello che ti fanno trovare oli sale fette biscottate marmellate saponi biancheria letto perfette. Grazie Loris e a presto

Enrico und seine Frau sind sehr sehr freundlich! Wir wurden stets bestens versorgt. Das Haus ist traumhaft und man hat seine Ruhe. Vielen Dank ihr Lieben!

Location invidiabile, ottima accoglienza, servizio e comfort, consiglio di puntare un po’ di più su prodotti e preparazioni locali per quanto riguarda la colazione (esclusa dal prezzo della location).

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

Un posto incantevole tranquillo immerso nella natura. aAdatto a chi come noi ha bisogno di staccare dallo stress quotidiano. Un ambiente pulito ordinato all' interno con cura x ogni dettaglio della casetta. All' esterno con un giardino molto curato in ogni angolo e in piscina. Il signor Giorgio molto cordiale e disponibile ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in totale pace. Lo consiglio vivamente
