Our house is located in a private condo at Toque-Toque Grande beach in São Sebastião city, between Guaecá and Maresias beaches. With a private access to the beach thru an amazing trail where you will be connected with a breathtaking nature, the house offers a complete facility to your family & friends. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 WC, a living room integrated with the kitchen, air conditioning in all the rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. From the balcony you can enjoy a stunning view from the beach.

The property is inside gate community/condo called Condominio Morada das Garoupas, one block from the beach, Toque Toque Pequeno, 5 minutes walking distance. Super nice beach, good for snorkeling, standing paddle, sailing and relaxing. Condominio Morada das Garoupas is a community with 2 gates, 24 hours a day, 7 days by week. One gate close to the main road and another one on the beach street side. Aprox. 3 hours by car from São Paulo City Brazil. High Speed Internet Starlink Satellites.

Beautiful home with heated pool, close to the sea

*House and neighborhood not affected by rain* Super well decorated single storey house with swimming pool, 2 decks, sun loungers, barbecue. There are 4 rooms (2 suites) with a/c, towels and sheets laundry cleaned. Strong wifi signal. Spacious living room with Smart TV, Sky, air conditioning and two tables for meals and games, both great for working. Kitchen with all utensils. Checkin is simple and remote. The beach, very quiet, is 90 meters from the house. Efficient and attentive hosts!

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. The house is located on Pontal da Cruz Beach (see through the Waze App, as Google Maps recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is correct). Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. Swimming pool with depth for all children and adults, beautiful garden with coconut trees and trees by the beach and a poolside barbecue area. Boat trips with quick access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).
