We were here for several days and everything was great. The house is new, large and comfortable, everything was super clean and tidy. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Clean sheets and towels, soap, kitchen utensils, washing machine... we had everything we needed. It was very convenient for us that the parking lot of the house was spacious and without height limit, since we traveled with a large van and we were able to enter without problems. Regarding the location, the house is in the village of Santa Marta where there are several shops and grocery stores. The village is quiet for walking. In the surroundings and a few kilometers away there are a lot of very beautiful waterfalls that can be reached by car. And also the Caparaó National Park. It really worth it. Vera was super friendly and always made sure that everything was fine. He also gave us some recommendations for places to visit. Highly recommended. Thank you!

The house is super cozy, clean and well-equipped, with a beautiful view of the mountains. It is well located, close to the waterfalls and the Patrimônio da Penha downtown. The host was very attentive and gave great tips from the region. Ideal for those who want rest, nature and tranquility. I would definitely come back!

It's so good, this is our second time at the house. We found improvements: hot/cold air-conditioning, more comfort in the seasons. And a huge TV in the bedroom, too. It is a perfect house to rest comfortably, full of useful accessories, making the stay even more enjoyable. Great location.
