We're just 5 minutes from both interstates. Private residence on our property with one bedroom, one bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and free laundry. A truly unique experience. The living space sits in the attic of the barn which is 13’ off the ground. Soak up the sun on the deck or relax and watch the sun set over the Rockies. There is always something happening around here. Come in the spring and you might get to witness a calf being born. Come in the summer and you’ll surely find the property owners training and riding horses. The owners have a passion for Mustangs. There might be a chance to watch them gentle one of these wild horses.

Our Cottage does not share any space with others. It is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains and town. Only 3 miles to Old Town and 1 mile to the foothills. The location is quiet and peaceful with a country feel yet close to the many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Full size washer and dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage.
