Monthly Rentals in Groton

Jerry's place was very easy to find, and in a great location for my business trip. The studio apartment was immaculate (excellent job by his cleaner!) and well supplied with all the conveniences and appliances needed- the photo I saw didn't show a microwave, but I was happy to find one there. The shower? Bliss. Great pressure and ultra-modern style. Other reviewers have mentioned the street noise, but I've lived in a city before and had no problem falling asleep. Two fans and an air conditioner kept the place at a comfortable temperature. For me, as a mobility-challenged person, the apartment wasn't as good a fit as hoped. The stairs to the second floor are moderately steep with a turn at the top, and the mattress is lower than usual making it difficult for me to get up from the bed. If you have physical issues that way, just be aware of this and make your own determination. Also, one tenant has a cat, and if you have an allergy to them, you'll want to know that.

Great communication with the host! Everything was as described and the property was well kept, clean, and easy to access from the highway. Lots of dining options as well as a grocery store right down the street add to the convenience. Definitely recommend the sandwiches at nearby M&D Deli in downtown Cortland. Patrick provides everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We slept well! Definitely would stay here again if we return to the area! Thank you

Our stay for Cornell's graduation was fabulous! We have a large family and the house easily and comfortably accommodate all of us and was very comfortable! Thank you Max for your proactive communication and beautiful home for the weekend!

Michele’s place was great for what we needed it for. We are a family of 3 in town for a baseball tournament. It was much cheaper than local hotels and we had more room and amenities. We would definitely stay here again if the team returns. Michele was quick to respond to any questions that I had.
