Vacation rentals with beach access in Grosseto-Prugna

The studio is spacious and comfortable, very well equipped, the garden is very well maintained and super nice (including swimming pool), the view is simply magnificent with the Sanguinaires Islands in the background. Begin the day with birdsong,☕️, and exquisite sea views! Our 10 day stay began with the much needed “take charge” actions of our generous hostess who picked us up at the airport, stopped for a brief grocery shop, & ice. We were suffering from jet lag and could just settle in for the day—so grateful 🙏. We have stayed in 100+ Airbnb all over the world 🌎, no one has offered this. The 6th floor apartment is well designed, impeccably clean with two balconies, a Mountain View from the shower window, well-stocked kitchen, easy to use modern appliances and fridge with starter water, juice, butter, a pantry with salt, sugar, jams, buscottes, honey, and many coffee choices for the Bosch/Tassimo machine. Enjoy the sea view balcony from the master bedroom as well as the living room— passing through top quality sliding doors. The exterior metal blackout screens assures darkness-quality sleep. Thanks to Sandra for a comfortable home. You have thought of everything to make it wonderful 🙏

Very friendly welcome and in person by Paul with whom we had great pleasure to interact! It's a change from practical but impersonal key boxes. Spacious apartment with fantastic views of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the sea at our feet. Impeccable cleanliness, excellent comfort, top equipment, great brightness, no noise in the building and a very appreciable private parking space in Ajaccio. All shops nearby and access to the old town and the Tino Rossi port in 25 minutes on foot by a very nice walk along the sea and the beaches. The day we return to Ajaccio, we'll be at Paul's without a second thought (or rather, with our eyes wide open, the view is so beautiful!)

Myriam, our host, is a smiling, sweet, welcoming and available lady. She was very interested in us discovering the beautiful things of the Île de Beauté and that we had a good time there. For example, she welcomed us to the accommodation, with cookies and a bottle of white wine in the fridge! She also came to say goodbye to us at checkout. She also came to the accommodation to have us taste some local beers and discuss the must-see sites during our stay. The large terrace overlooking the marina is breathtaking, with panoramic views of the port, sunrise and sunset, and with good quality equipment, including a plancha which is very useful! Even the four floors to climb a few times a day allowed us to keep fit!!! Myriam, thank you so much for your warm hosting that made us feel right at home.

We felt comfortable in the accommodation and can recommend Yann as a host without reservation. Communication with him was very good and he was available at short notice. The view from the terrace of the apartment is breathtaking!

The house is cozy and just perfect. It had everything I needed including the ocean on the backyard. Sylvie is amazing. Kind and friendly, she shared a lot of tips of what to do while in the island. I will definitely come back.

Perfect for relaxing between the maquis and the beach. Very quiet and close to restaurant, beach, food and that's what we were looking for. Good hosting and especially full of good advice! Hard to leave ….

The accommodation is perfect for 4, the subdivision is quiet, the exteriors are very nice and not overlooked, a magnificent view of the bay with its sunsets to die for! Very convenient location to visit the surrounding beaches. Easy parking. Relationships with the co-host were simple and helpful. I recommend it!

This is a fantastic location for a small family (or a larger family who can perhaps pitch a tent). A beautiful beach (Plage D’Arone) is very close (2 km by car) with a UNESCO World Heritage site and epic hiking experience (Capo Rosso) on the doorstep as well. Christelle’s outdoor kitchen is well apportioned, and I would advise visitors to take advantage of that (rather then rely on the inconvenience of having to drive to closest villages). This is especially true in the off-season (when the restaurants at Plage D’Arone are closed). In that sense, the property is isolated.

If you are looking for a little slice of paradise this is the ideal accommodation, the very comfortable bed, the private pool and no vis-à-vis to cool off, the equipped kitchen and the animals that visit us, what could be better? Sylvie and Claude were very welcoming and invaluable kindness, it was a great meeting. We'll be happy to go back.

The stay in this little corner of paradise was very nice. The accommodation is well-equipped, 2 min walk to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. Check-in and checkout were very friendly and flexible. I highly recommend if you want a quiet and relaxing place, while being able to enjoy all the activities near Ajaccio. Everything was perfect, thank you to our host.

Danièle welcomed us very warmly to her home. We were able to understand each other despite the language barrier. The house matches the description, perfectly clean and tidy with all the essentials. We travel with a small child and Danièle has provided us with everything we need (crib, high chair, tub). The area is very convenient for those who want to visit Ajaccio but remain in peace and for those who love, like us, hiking (the departure for Roches de Gozzi is right outside the house). The square the house overlooks is very nice and the small town is populated by affectionate kittens. Recommended!

Idyllic location close to a beautiful beach, very functional accommodation, very clean, quiet, tastefully furnished, not overlooked, extremely pleasant communication with the owner, in short, perfect!

Myriam is a great host! The accommodation is great: super well furnished with beautiful decoration without forgetting everything that is available on arrival. A real plus that does not clutter suitcases (bedding, towels, shower gels, blanket etc. and even beach towels) everything is provided without forgetting the welcome pack She is always available and has very good recommendations. I would highly recommend it!!

Great apartment, everything is spotless. The accommodation is well located, a small beach 5 min walk which is really nice. A more than magnificent view from the terrace that we were unfortunately only able to enjoy one evening (the weather was not nice to us during the stay😒) but no regrets about the rental. The rental is ideally located not too far from all shops and places to visit. Ideal rental for a couple's trip. If one day we return to Corsica we will not hesitate to return to this home.

The apartment & terrace are very warm, tastefully decorated and ideally located for discovering the Ajaccio golf course. Recommended for a long or short stay. A perfect stay in a cozy and conveniently located apartment! The apartment is very well-equipped, tastefully decorated and above all incredibly well located: the view of the Gulf of Ajaccio is simply magnificent, a real pleasure every morning. We immediately felt good there, like at home. The hosting was really great, with an available, friendly and attentive host, which made the check-in very pleasant. The environment around the apartment is also perfect: everything is easily accessible, whether to do some shopping, go to the beach or enjoy the surroundings. Special mention for the residence's swimming pool: a little cool in this season, but very clean and pleasant to relax after a day of walking. I highly recommend this accommodation, and I will come back without hesitation on a future stay in Corsica!

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! The four of us spent two weeks in the apartment and felt completely comfortable. The amenities were exactly as described – modern, high quality and with everything you need for a longer stay. Particularly noteworthy are the very well-equipped kitchen as well as the washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, which was very convenient for us. The landlord was always available, very helpful and friendly – a pleasant and professional contact. An absolute highlight was the fantastic sea view from the balcony – we enjoyed the sunset every evening. Overall, a really nice vacation in a great place to stay. We would come back anytime!
