Guest apartment on the Wakenitz

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

Here is the ideal starting point for fantastic bike tours on the Elbe-Lübeck Canal, to Lübeck, the Baltic Sea and the Lauenburg Lakes. In the immediate vicinity you will find forests, beautiful lakes and historically grown small towns. In just 20 minutes by car you can reach the old town of Lübeck.

Quietly located, only 5 minutes to Lake Ratzeburg, 20 minutes to Lübeck and about 30 minutes to the Baltic Sea. Designer furniture, spacious rooms and sunny terraces offer the perfect setting for relaxation and excursions. Ideal for couples, small families, groups of friends or solo travelers who want to combine style and nature.

The slightly different apartment

Our small, fine apartment on the 2nd floor is well suited for 2 people. Due to the pent roof, it has a great room height and is bright and friendly. In the living area, you have a large TV and a cozy sofa. There is also the small, well-equipped kitchen corner with 2 plates ceramic hob and fridge. A parking lot is right by the house. Distance to Ratzeburg 3 km The staircase is used by another person, as our office is located on the 1st floor.

Bright tiny house with nature view

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom - Just like home!

On the village's outskirts of Lübeck, this modernized 2-room apartment with field views is located. The apartment is 45 sqm and has a fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining area, a living/bedroom (1.80 m double bed, smart TV, field view) and a shower room with window. Plenty of street parking available. Bus stop 150 m away (line 11 to train station/ZOB and downtown). 250m away is a large piece of forest. On request: small outdoor seating

The apartment is only 35 square meters. A stay with 3 or 4 people is recommended only for a short period of time. Living and sleeping takes place in one room (see drawing). Cooking food is also limited. There are two hobs as well as pots and pans available, but no oven or microwave. However, Lübeck invites you to eat in its various restaurants. I'm sure you'll spend a great time at this cozy place.

The apartment is centrally located in Lübeck. Since 1999, I have put all my energy into this house and brought it back to life. Five children lived here and there is a long history. Now it is too big and therefore the revival is up to you. World Heritage Site An apartment in a central yet quiet location awaits you. Due to this special location on the old town island, most of Lübeck's sights are within walking distance. The St. Anne's Museum is directly opposite the apartment.

Our vacation home has light-flooded, tastefully and comfortably furnished rooms and if it should be uncomfortable outside, the stove can provide coziness in the living room. There are 2 to 3 car parking spaces available directly at the house. A bread service is possible.
