Welcome to the Gülitz country house on the old Elm in the middle of the wide Prignitz. The church square with our country house is located in a picturesque village surrounded by lots of nature. The mighty elm in front of the house has shaded the village green with the pear trees for about 800 years. With us, the visitor can just be and forget the big city. You can stroll through meadows and fields, bathe in the forest lake or just watch the storks on our barn.

Children are very welcome and are welcome to let off steam in the 90 sqm hall in bad weather. A nearly 25 sqm pool invites you to cool off (seasonally)... Kolrep still offers beautiful hiking trails and bike paths. Swimming lakes are located in surrounding villages.

The apartment is one of four apartments in a lovingly and naturally renovated estate near Pritzwalk. The old manor house was originally built in 1826 and is now, after years of natural restoration, finally finished. Quaint and modern at the same time, it enchants with many original details. The Havel region with its historic towns and numerous waterways is particularly inviting for hiking and cycling. A garage is available for motorcyclists. The modern furnished guest apartment is located on our closed farm in the city with a dachshund and two cats. The urban green belt and the city forest with outdoor pool invite you to linger and play. Shopping, train station, cinema and gastronomy are within walking distance. Hamburg and Berlin are about 1.5 hours by car, Rostock and Wismar can be reached in a good hour. Lake Plauen and the Mecklenburg Lake District invite you to take day trips.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

Charming, quiet apartment in the farmhouse with separate access. You will live and sleep on separate levels. The kitchen (freezer, fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, extractor hood) and bathroom (double sink, bidet) are fully equipped. You have your own garden area, a terrace by the house and direct access to our spacious lounge. Unfortunately, the accommodation is NOT suitable for a stay with children!
