Recreatiewoning + boot! Vrij uitzicht over het Zuidlaardermeer. Voor een mooie vakantie in het natuurgebied aan het water Voormalig boothuis op palen in het meer met eigen aanlegplaats voor de boot! De benedenvedieping is qua afwerking wat verouderd, maar goed in te leven. De bovenverdieping is wel heel mooi. Incl. sloep, 9,9 pk, geen vaarbewijs nodig. Camping, restaurants en beachclub aan het water. Strand, zeilen, (kite)surfen, vissen vanaf de boot Beschermd natuurgebied; wandelen en fietsen.

In this stylish and unique accommodation surrounded by nature and with the city of Groningen around the corner (center 8 km), you will find our Airbnb. You have stunning views over the Woldmeer. It is attractively furnished and has all the comforts such as a private bathroom, pantry with fridge, microwave, private coffee and tea. You'll sleep on the spacious loft under the sloping wooden roof in a lovely double bed. Downstairs is a lounge/sofa bed and a cozy table to eat at.

Modern wooden house by the lake.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at the brand new summer cottage. The cottage was completed in 2023 and has everything you need. Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.
