We felt instantly at home here. The house was spotless and fully equipped and lots of lovely touches that just added to the experience. The surrounding areas were great for walking and we had a really nice time. More exploring around the UK and The World , but yes we will be back.

Had such a lovely stay at The Hatchery! It had everything you need and more. The little things were thought about. Really nice quality bedding and towels - and plenty of them! Natalie & family were friendly and kept on top of the hot tub while we were there making sure it had the right chemical levels in etc! It’s a lovely spot for a quiet weekend, near enough to beaches but far enough from the crowds! Lovely!

Amazing stay! Just what we needed after a busy Christmas. Yew Cottage is in a fantastic location and has lots to offer. We loved the hot tub and it was only a short drive to the closest beach. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a fantastic stay ☺️

This was our second year staying at the cottage. Like last time it was a wonderful holiday and we were sad to go. That Cottage feels like a second home to all of us. And we will be coming again next year. The property is beautiful and cosy. The surrounding area makes you feel so relaxed within nature. In the mornings we were able to see a barn owl on the garden fence. If you want somewhere to relax and unwind in the country I cannot recommend The Cottage enough.

fab weekend away in a lovely cottage with everything you need and more. Friendly hosts who were helpful with arranging our daytrip into Lincoln. Hot tub was great to relax in after a full day visiting Lincoln. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

We stayed at this property for 4days and enjoyed every minute ! It was in an amazing stay and from the off we felt right at home. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, entering the property it felt warm and welcoming. The kitchen and all rooms were spotless and all beds were comfy with everyone sleeping really well. The hot tub and pool were also clean and we enjoyed both on several occasions. Katie was very helpful on a couple of questions and pointers which felt like we were being looked after. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be booking this property very shortly for the summer!!! Wonderful stay highly recommended.*****

We have enjoyed a wonderful stay at Primrose Cottage for our honeymoon. Sam is a great host and had lots of recommendations for things to do and places to eat around the area. The cottage is beautiful and very comfortable, you feel instantly at home and it’s so dog friendly, so we never had to worry about our two girls, as the garden is very secure. All the little extras around the Airbnb are so lovely and it makes the stay even more enjoyable. By little touches, I mean things like mini shampoo and conditioner bottles, the welcome hamper, the dog treats and towels, the under sheet on the bed. All of that just makes staying there even more luxurious. We enjoyed being only a car ride away from the beaches and made the most of going there daily for lots of lovely walks. We just had a really lovely time and hope to stay again in the future. Have already told our friends and family about this little gem which we’ve said is a must to stay. We had a great few days at the cottage, whilst we explored the local area and coastline. Christine was very helpful and accommodating as we booked at very late notice. Certainly would look to return again in the future.

Great space, very soothing environment. It should be noted - for anyone who has issues about complete privacy - that this property looks onto the same garden space as another of Diane’s lodges. Pro-tip if you don’t want to drive or pub-lunch - bring groceries as there isn’t a local shop.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Walking distance to all attractions like Lincoln Castle( literally on the door step) Lincoln Cathedral and Steep Hill. Lovely pubs and restaurants very close to the cottage. A fantastic park just across the road if like us you are travelling with a dog, it’s perfect for morning walks! Be sure to check out the beautiful community gardens just off the park. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very comfortable! A very well equipped kitchen and lovely lemon muffins to welcome us and some treats for our dog too! ❤️ Thank you Leah and Kevin for all the amazing and detailed information before we arrived and for a lovely stay in Lincoln.

What a find ! Superb accommodation set in beautiful grounds and lakes. Lush green views from every window. It was squeaky clean with fresh smelling linen and towels. Barbara and Luke were super hosts and it was obvious how much they care for their properties and grounds. We are very amateur fishermen and had lots of fun catching the small fish on maggots although it was obvious that the lakes were well stocked for those with more experience than us. No need to fish though - plenty of seats around the lakes plus patio furniture outside the accommodation, so if you are after a relaxing time away from it all I can't recommend it enough.

The cottage really was beautiful and to a high spec. Loads of space, great decor, comprehensive instructions. I really think Clare has thought of everything. I would highly recommend staying here, and such beautiful countryside as well.

Lovely shabby chic character terraced cottage. We enjoyed our stay here, nice enclosed rear garden for our dog. There is a nice tearoom a couple of doors away and lovely walking from the door and many great walks in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Recommend.

What a beautiful area of the country- we stayed in Cuckoo Cottage, was just like the photos, had everything you would need for your stay. We stayed over the Easter Weekend, and a well deserved break for us both and our Dog Walt. They have an amazing set up, three cottage’s, Bed & Breakfast and places for caravan hookups. In our cottage it had a photo album of the cottages being build which I loved, and the history of Cockerington- a great read. There is nothing much to do, but the coast is within a short car ride away, there is a co-op about 5 minutes drive away. Cockerington South little village is lovely, we walked it with our Dog and everyone we met were really friendly. The family in the next cottage were a little noisy but nothing major. If I had anything negative to say it would be the cottage could do with updating inside- buts that’s personal preference- Lovely few days away from the busy city (Leeds) life. Hope to return later on in the year- if you will have us 😁

We had a lovely time at the Airbnb with Vicky as our host. We were there for work purposes so had quite a lengthy stay. We loved how cosy the place was with the Aga in the kitchen and the bath upstairs was something we looked forward to after a long days work. The property is surrounded by the most glorious countryside so enjoyed evening walks with our dogs and even got the privilege of having BBQ’s in the secret garden. Vicky went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy during our stay. Can’t forget to mention Jasmine, Vickys pooch. Our dogs enjoyed their stay as much as we did. Nothing was too much trouble and Vicky really cared for us all. Not only is she a great host, but we gained a friend. If we are ever back in the area would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat, would absolutely recommend to others if you value nature and comfort. The restaurant next door was also lovely and convenient for our arrival on our first night after a long drive

Amazing place one of the nicest I have stayed away from home, and instantly felt comfortable. If I’m ever in the area again I would stay here 100%. I can’t praise the cleanliness enough (hotel standard) and the complimentary items are a really lovely touch. Communication was great. Thank you both

The cottage is beautiful and has everything you need! Helena met us with the keys, she had also left us cake which was delicious. Helena was so helpful even before we arrived… she sent me numbers of local taxi firms and even offered to take us to Tesco in the next village. I also left some items behind and Helena offered to post them to me! The are is stunning and I can’t praise the. Cottage or Helena enough! We hope to return form a more rralacees time and get some walking in. Thank you for a great stay x

What a bijou jewel of a place! We nearly did not go as the weather was predicted to be the hottest ever June weekend, but so glad we went. With windows that opens, a good design and the thoughtful provision of a fan- left on for arrival made the cottage a restful little haven. Parking at the cottage was ideal, important to us as we should have been in a vintage car, risks of overheating (us not the car) meant it was left at home—let’s hope we can try again.
