Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Grimnitzsee

We stayed for a weekend with 10 people in the accommodation. We were positively surprised by the generosity of the house and garden. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms modernly renovated. The bedrooms are very different, some of which are connecting rooms. Esther and Sebastian welcomed us very warmly and gave us tips for activities. A few games for the garden (boccia, badminton, etc.) are available. We had a very nice quiet weekend, as we wished.

Even better than the photos. I’ve been waiting years to find a weekend at this place and it was worth it. Glorious.

We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time in the Airbnb! The view of the forest and the surroundings are beautiful, there are many opportunities to hike and spend time in nature. Communication worked out great, clear recommendation.

We felt very comfortable in Sabine's beautiful and lovingly furnished house and the extensive garden and would be happy to come back. We are more than happy to recommend this special place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of big city life. :)

A wonderful retreat in a wonderful location right on the lake. Perfect for getting away from the big city noise. The little cottage is also very cozy. That's how we imagined it.

A wonderful little weekend away, and can thoroughly recommend for any families looking to escape Berlin but not go too far. Lakes, Nature Reserve, Zoo and Ive cream shop all nearby and the accomodation is set up perfectly for families, everything you need! Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a really nice time at the cottage. It was lovingly decorated and there was everything you need to fully enjoy the time. Marta was very accessible, friendly and very responsive to everything. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious, beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet. The balcony was a nice addition. Our messages were always answered well. It can be a little hot in the apartment when there is no air conditioning, so the windows and skylights are open, so it is windy. The apartment was as in the photos and description. Walking up the stairs, no elevator. Small shop right next door. We can recommend the place.

Cornelius is a super dedicated host! He responds quickly and proactively communicates things that may be overlooked in a description. Super accommodating and the price-performance ratio is right from start to finish. I highly recommend it.

It was a great stay there. Nice quiet location to relax and the hostess was very helpful and took care that I was always well. Highly recommend it to anyone.

Heike is a very warm, nice and accommodating host. The kitchen was even stocked with spices and oil. In the fridge were fresh eggs and very delicious homemade quince jelly. What else could you ask for? The apartment is super quiet and idyllic, located directly on the house's own lake. Pure relaxation. In the surrounding area there are still many places worth seeing to explore by car or bicycle. A bike rental company even brings rental bikes (with and without E) directly to the property. My wife and I felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Very clean modern and comfortable. Full sized washer and dryer felt like a luxury. Large rooftop terrace was great for sunset lounging. Definitely a great stay!

Extraordinary apartment:. Large space with great light, comfortable and sophisticated in both design and decor. Close to transportation and close to neighborhood cafes and restaurants. We loved our stay and will recommend to everyone we know. Thank you!

Stefan was a thoughtful, kind & responsive host. He was communicative any time I had queries & gave great suggestions. The flat has a great view, as it’s on the 4th floor. Be prepared to get a nice workout walking up & down the stairs 😂 Other things of note — it’s in a very cute neighborhood & great location. I loved Acid Mitte the bakery. I had trouble sleeping in the bed, but I tend to be a sensitive sleeper. There are blackout curtains as well which are nice! Overall would recommend & will likely stay again.

Thank you so much Galina for a wonderful stay! I cant get enough of the sunsets at the end of the garden overlooking the lake. The most perfect Air bnb to totally relax and do nothing , or very easy access to hikes, other villages and lakes. I cant wait to come back – it really is the most peaceful place for a city break. Galina is a wonderful host and I thoroughly enjoyed my days there.

A stunning apartment in a great location. Walkable to the trams and bus stops. Clean and airy with good facilities. We loved the roof top terrace and the indoor pool. Great for self catering with high quality equipment. If we had any questions, Marga was prompt to respond and even came up to help with the oven. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment + very friendly hosts

Mirco welcomed us in a very friendly way and explained everything. We had a lovely stay and we didn't miss anything.

I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

Franks house is a beautiful penthouse, he was very cordial in receiving us. The location is far from the major attractions, by train it’s 30-45 minutes away. Thanks for hosting us.

I don’t even know where to start. 100/5 stars. This was the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Erzsebet and Andreas are simply lovely. It really was like staying with my grandparents. There is a lovely garden and the location is super quiet, yet very convenient to the airport. I rode there in around 30 minutes. It takes about an hour on Public Transit to the city centre. The flat is spacious and comfortable. The kindness and generosity of the hosts is absolutely amazing. Maybe I looked skinny after 10 weeks of Bikepacking - food kept magically appearing. Plenty of grocery and restaurant options in the immediate area. No issues with me having a bicycle with me either.

We loved staying at Dan and Robert‘s apartment. It was meticulously clean and visually stimulating. We enjoyed watching the action on the street from the fourth floor. Surprisingly, the apartment is very quiet for an urban location. All the furnishings were comfortable and absolutely everything worked. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and laid out. The hosts were always extremely responsive and welcoming. Robert gave us excellent gallery recommendations and we so appreciated his expertise. We absolutely loved our one month stay in this splendid department. There is great transit, wonderful restaurants, groceries, excellent coffee, shops within easy walking distance. Prenzlauerberg is a magical place with lots of street trees, interesting shopping, excellent dining, and a very nice vibe. We would highly recommend this apartment to anybody on a visit to Berlin. It’s exceptional. Don’t hesitate to book this unique and visually attractive apartment.
