On the first floor, there is a living room and a small pantry area (it is not a full kitchen) to store food and prepare a light meal or coffee. Climbing one flight of stairs leads to the second floor, which features a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. Attached to the bedroom is the shower cabin and bathroom. Note that there are also three flights of stairs from the parking area to the accommodation.

A Room With A View: 'Il Geranio'

Sunsets have to be seen first hand: this highlight is from the bedroom window. Tucked neatly among ancient medieval Tuscan buildings, 'Il Geranio' is part of an 'agriturismo' winery which produces organic Chianti Classico. The dual level creates a visually dynamic space, with glass entrance, a small sitting space and the kitchenette on the lower level. The patio is enclosed by pretty shrubbery (it is possible that the owners, or other guests pass by). The pool is shared with other guests.

This house was one of the best AirBnB that we have stayed in. Gianrico is a very responsive host, and was flexible to allow us to check-in an hour earlier than expected When we needed assistance with our rental car tyres, he was helpful to point out a local tyre repair shop, and even helped in the translation The house is beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities that we need. It is about a 10 min walk to the local supermarket (Coop), which is also next to a nice Gelatoria The house has a resident cat which was very well behaved and came to look for us every evening (but never entering the house)

We have been using Airbnb for approximately 15 years all over the world and this was without doubt one of the best places we have ever stayed in. We immediately felt so relaxed and at home here. The view from the property is stunning - it was like living in a beautiful picture! Seeing wild deer late at night and early in the morning was an unexpected delight. Panzano has some superb restaurants and is perfectly situated for exploring some of the best places Tuscany has to offer. Finally, Lucrezia was so, so lovely - a completely charming host! We are coming again next year and cannot wait!

Nestled in the hills above Greve is a fantastic apartment. We were hosted by Annamaria, who was attentive and proactive. The apartment is extremely well equipped, with every modern convenience that we could have wished for. The place feels peaceful and comfortable and has incredible views of the rolling Tuscan hills. We could not find fault with anything and highly recommend it to Tuscan travelers.
