We were guests in this beautiful, spacious and well-furnished house for two weeks. The house is equipped with all amenities (air conditioning in all rooms, TV, washing machine and mosquito nets) and is exposed on all sides, so cool. Beautiful beaches within half an hour max. The hosts were very kind and very discreet, despite living in the villa next door. The garden is large and common to both villas and, every now and then, their sweet dog kept our company. Beautiful experience, recommended!

We were happy, Piero and her son were very helpful. Piera was quick to respond to messages and help with what we needed. The place is very nice, in a quiet place, just to the sea, the store and the restaurant can only be reached by car. Thank you so much 🌸

Luisa was an incredible host. The house is perfect for those who like to travel by car to discover new places. The beautiful landscape and the gorgeous atmosphere, we never needed to turn on the air conditioners. We will definitely be back, thank you Luisa!

Very nice and calm location in a residential area with access control. The beach is within walking distance near enough to go down and return several times a day without getting annoyed when you forgot something in the villa. Most of the residents are Italian and therefore you can enjoy the Italian way of holiday. In the residential areas there is a restaurant (upper class) and an enclosed pizza bistro (for take away as well) and a small but well-sorted supermarket, which is open from Monday to Saturday 8:30 - 20:00 h, on Sunday the supermarket is open until 13:00 h. But the supermarket is not within carrying distance. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the supermarket, restaurant and pizza bistro.

An outdoor kitchen area is visible, featuring a granite countertop with a built-in grill. A sink is integrated into the design. Natural surroundings include terraced homes and greenery, providing a backdrop that enhances the al fresco cooking experience. The space is designed for seamless outdoor dining.

We would like to thank Nicoletta and her husband for the lovely stay! Everything was perfect. New, beautifully renovated cottage with everything your heart desires! The contact was very nice, attentive and at the same time not intrusive at all. You could enjoy the stay very relaxed. We found the location very great, a bit off the beaten track and quiet and yet you are right on the coastal road - for us a perfect starting point to explore the north coast! Beautiful sea view from the terrace. A highlight for us: the possibility to cook in the outdoor kitchen. When we are back in the north of Sardinia, we will certainly be back in stazzu Jana! Grazie, alla prossima!👋
