Old town romance in Uzedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the Wolgaster Altstadt is happy about your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are in walking distance. A free parking space for smaller cars (quite tight, up to the size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large rooftop terrace on the third floor with views over the rooftops. Theatre, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its brick-style gable houses around the corner, the Pomeranian State Museum too. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, animals are unfortunately not welcome. There is no smoking in the apartment.

Amazing recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely renovated and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great holiday experience. Around it is a nature reserve of European importance: the Peene Valley - with a fascinating wildlife. Fireplace evenings, bicycle covers or boat trips on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And best of all, it takes about 30 minutes by car to the island of Usedom. Summer, sun and beach :)

"Kontor" for 2 in posto-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
