Condo vacation rentals in Greers Ferry Lake

My children and I were in the Fairfield Bay area to visit family who live nearby and this condo was the perfect resting spot for us. The proximity of this condo to the pool was a nice bonus as we could easily walk to the pool instead of drive. My kids (teenagers) and I were also happy to have a great wifi connection so we could get a little work done and watch some movies together in the evenings. Blue Heron was a comfortable and safe place to stay in between family visits and I will definitely book this condo again next time we are in the area.

I rented this for my niece and family for their stay during our family reunion. They loved it! I don't know what they expected but they seemed so extraordinarily pleased. The condo was terrific with amenities in easy walking distance for all of them. They felt they were being treated to something extra special. It made me look good! I'd rent again for sure.

A touch pricier than others in the area but absolutely worth it. We have family in the area and come at least a couple of times a year, and this is the best condo we’ve rented if you only need two bedrooms. SO well stocked, which was a huge help to us - we took full advantage. Also exceptionally clean, with quality furniture a step above the usual, and some games to boot. Can’t beat the location for getting around FFB and these hosts care about your experience. I felt like we were in a hotel. Our new go-to rental when we visit.

We found John and Melanie to be gracious hosts and they always answered our questions promptly. (We wished we had been able to meet them in person---they seemed that nice.) Their Cozy Bear Condo was just what we expected from the photos and description: A charming space with attention to details in decorating and provisions. Also we appreciated the opportunity to bring our dog with us. All in all, we had a relaxing and fun time spending the week in FFB at John and Melanie's condo. Thank you. Nancy & Jerry

It was a cute little place!

Comfy stay at a cute little spot. We had everything we needed at check in for a great stay.

There was a wifi outage, but other than that, the stay was wonderful. Angel and Dana were very responsive and even let us come back later to check for lost items. Much appreciated.

This was a cozy condo. The private balcony was perfect. The kitchen had some items that came handy preping meals for the earning. And the surrounding felt like a hidden treasure. This is a very underrated area.just literally loved this place!

It was a cute little place!

Great location, comfortable accommodations.

Loved the place and was absolutely clean perfectly. The town was nice and had lots to do in the area. Highly satisfied

This place is amazing!! The pictures looked good but they do not do justice to the inside of the rooms! The kitchen is fully stocked and updated and very clean!!! The beds so nice and the bathroom shower..... just wow!! Sliding glass door with little decks in both rooms and living room. I didn't want to leave. So much to do once you do leave your room! Swimming, the lake, food, bowling, hiking, and ATV excursions. Lots of people golfing and it was a very nice golf course but we didn't golf but it was in our back yard- so nice and peaceful!! Defiantly recommend!!!
