Great place to stay, would recommend!

The home on Lake Lanier was absolutely gorgeous. The house sits right on the water with a beautiful deck and boat docking area. My family and I enjoyed the weekend we stayed very much and there was space for my aunts to come drink coffee and chat outside. It was a wonderful experience and we will most definitely stay again when we come back to visit Landrum. Also, we made great use of the Kayaks while we were there and spent many hours on the water. We will remember this trip for a long time. Please keep in mind that it is in a woodsy area so there were naturally insects and bees flying around. There was a lot of pollen on the deck and a few dead bees but it didn't take away from our experience at all.

This place was so fantastic we are starting a new tradition of staying here! Easy access to the lake, the amenities were FAR BEYOND expectations and the proximity to local parks can’t be understated. Don’t look elsewhere, just book this location and you will be very happy.

Wonderful stay...you can't beat the adorable garden house as well as the stream running right through the property. Beautiful view of the mountains.

Little gem. Only weakness was the TV is a bit older and the internet bandwidth isn’t consistent. Cell service is weak up there too, so be aware of that. But if you want to truly unplug and enjoy nature, especially during the warmer months, this place is a treat. The owners have put a lot of intentionality into the place and accommodating the stay of their guests. Overall, wonderful.

Harry Lake house was absolutely peaceful and beautiful as described. It was perfect . The house was very clean with many amenities that made us feel at home . The last evening there I took a kayak out on the lake, which was absolutely breathtaking at sunset. I highly recommend the spot for anyone that’s looking for a peaceful relaxing vacation. If I could give this more than five stars, I would! Thank you so much for having us! I hope to return next time we’re in South Carolina.

An absolutely beautiful home. Very clean and well appointed; comfortable furniture, beds and linens. I can’t say enough nice things about this home and Elizabeth. She was always very responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for a nice, clean, beautiful home not far from downtown Greenville, then this is the place.

We absolutely loved this home and will definitely book again. Karen has thought of everything and I mean everything that you will want or need. The house is just feet away from an amazing deep water dock and the house has all the toys not only for the dock but also kayaks and tubes to pull behind a boat. We rented jet skis one day and a boat another day and the dock was perfect with its boat slip. We grilled out one night and was pleased to find that Karen has a basket of everything you need to grill out. Everything is clean, organized and labeled. I rent a hartwell lake house at least twice per summer and this is our favorite by far. Also this trip included 5 teenagers 16-19 and loved everything about the house but especially the downstairs outside area with ping pong table. Truly a great house with a great host that includes so much more than other lake hartwell houses I've rented. 5 stars! Brian

This was the perfect location for our celebration of my mountain biking husband’s 50’th birthday. While the guys were biking the rest of our crew hiked the private trails at Conastee Falls within the neighborhood and paddle boarded and kayaked on Ticoa Lake. The house is located right on the lake, and adjacent to the boat launch and dock with a ladder, which was very convenient. The home has its own dock with kayaks and paddle boards to use. We did not use the Pedal pontoon. (It is noted in the description but for water access you need to be able to walk a good may steps down to the water from the house or drive down to the Ticoa Lake access one space over if it is too steep fo you to descend and ascend the stairs. We brought our dog with us and Jenni’s home accommodated her so well, with a large crate and dog toys and feeding bowls. The lower deck has the ability to fence in a space for pets while you relax in the hot tub or sit on the deck. The home had everything we needed.

Pepper's Place was perfect for our family of four for a short getaway in the greater Greenville area. The views of the lake were outstanding from the living room, deck, and primary bedroom, and we enjoyed swimming and paddling off the dock. The cottage was very clean and spacious with a great layout. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. We loved the pool and the grankids loved it too. The cottage was clean , comfy, and cozy. The cottage was very peaceful and private, located on a dead end road. We highly recommend a stay . Will book again.

My daughter and grandson loved the place, the host was so friendly and easy to communicate with. Very responsive. The place was really cute and charming, and they loved that the host had even put up a little Christmas tree to welcome them. Wonderful stay!! Thank you so much

Lovely little cabin in a beautiful area and very convenient to Brevard downtown! Our dog and we had a great time.

The property was beautiful! The lodge was just as big and spacious as the pictures showed. Everyone had their own space and even when we were all in the living room at the same time, it didn't feel too loud or too crowded. It rained almost the entire time we were there, but they provided free firewood and smores supplies and we had such a nice relaxing weekend spending time with family.

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The communication with Martha was smooth and prompt. We made some last minute adjustments, bringing our dog and grandparents and Martha communicated quickly back. Upon arrival, the space was clean and comfortable. The home is well appointed and you can easily stay in and cook for the entire family if desired. The amenities for the neighborhood were top-notch, we enjoyed the pool, gym, hiking, and golf. We especially enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards available through the rental. The location was perfect, with easy drives to downtown Brevard as well as Cedar mountain. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, our experience was five stars. We cannot recommend Martha and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

Everything was wonderful! Beautiful location, great hosts and SO much to do. The cabin looked just like the photos and it was perfect for our large group! Can’t wait to come back!!

I cannot say enough about the beautiful views from the Little Log Cabin. We enjoyed the surroundings from dawn to dusk. The trails were amazing. My entire family and our dogs had a great trip running around the property! The hike to the top of the mountain was tough but we all enjoyed it! The cabin was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and seating! Can't wait to go again!

We planned a quick last minute getaway for a short weekend before our kids go back to school. Not being familiar with the Brevard area we were greatly surprised how private this location is but how close it is to downtown Brevard. The property had lots to offer and plenty of room for us to explore and plenty of leg room outside for our kids to play. The cabin was great as well, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed it so much that we are already planning another trip and will make sure to rebook this property! Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful stay. This is a beautifully appointed home in a private community with so many amenities. It is an easy walk to the club house, golf, swimming and tennis/pickleball courts. We enjoyed hikes to the waterfalls. The home has plenty of space, comfortable beds, nice towels/linens and a well-equipped kitchen. The owners are extremely friendly and attentive. We hope to return and spend some more time here. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Ginger was a lovely host, responsive and kind. She was attentive to requests and available for questions. The house is warm and inviting, the kitchen well stocked. We made s’mores in the fireplace and played games. The beds are comfortable, clean bathrooms, lots of towels! The master bathroom/closet is spacious, as is the room. Nice to have laundry available. The main living has plentiful afternoon light. Her home has a sunny front porch overlooking the lake. It’s a lovely neighborhood for walking. The dock is getting an upgrade (it’s still winter), and the cold weather froze the lake, which was beautiful.
