Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Greenvale

Mel’s place was exactly what we were looking for, it is in a fantastic location within walking distance to sensational restaurants, bars and dessert places. We also easily got the tram to the city. The apartment itself had gorgeous views of Melbourne, was in beautiful condition and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay including extra towels and complimentary biccies. Thank you for being a fabulous host Mel, right from even before we got there. Couldn’t recommend this airbnb enough!

My second time staying at Kate's place. Met Kate before checking-in and had a pleasant conversation over a cuppa before checking-in. Her place is super convenient and the tram is literally at the doorstep. No noise from road. Very cosy. My go-to place now when I'm in Melbourne. Thanks Kate!! :)

We spent a great week at Jessica's flat in Northcote. It was an excellent location for visiting our daughter in Thornbury and close to trams and trains for central Melbourne The flat was extremely comfortable and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home Beautiful Art , great bed /linens, fab shower and guest supplies We loved watching the sunset and see the evening lights of the CBD from the communal terrace , very special Communication with Jessica was very good and thoughtful,always a quick response We would recommend the coffee and breakfast at The Bicycle Thieves at the bottom of the building and The Short Round and 1800 Lasagne 10 minutes walk up the Thornbury Road Loads of great restaurants in Northcote and Thornbury all within walking distance A fantastic week for us here in Melbourne

The Martini Suite was a magical experience. The location was central to everything & the apartment & decor was even more spectacular in person. Public transport, restaurants, activities & sights are all within walking distance. We loved everything about the space & appreciate the thought & care that has gone into creating it. Stylish and comfortable apartment in a super convenient location. The host was very accommodating and responsive, which made the stay even better. Parking was a great bonus—would definitely stay again!

Tony was a great host and this place is comfortable and has colourful character. It was perfect for us. We loved staying in the heart of Brunswick, with all it has to offer, but with that comes noise, so if you’re not used to living on a high street bring earplugs or play some white noise to sleep better.

Shona's property was very clean & spacious for a family of 5. We had a comfortable stay & Shona was really helpful with a couple of queries we had during our visit. Super close to supermarkets etc & a good spot close to family we were visiting in the area, where there were minimal options. Recommended to other guests!

Very Lovely place to stay, was very affordable for me and my friends. Nice and peaceful neighbourhood. Not far from the station and not a long drive into the city. The host were lovely and helpful. High recommend 😊👌🏻

My experience with the hosts was excellent and the property was even more beautiful than the photos. The house was huge and everything you could possibly need and want was provided. We arrived to a roaring fire, a fridge stocked with generous breakfast provisions and a freshly baked cake which was a lovely touch. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and a phone charger provided which was great as I’d forgotten mine! I would highly recommend the property and will definitely be back. Gemimas place is amazing The apartment is beautiful, spacious and a little oasis amidst the business of Gertrude street The outdoor bath/garden is so beautiful and serene - we got some sunshine out there and it was just gorgeous One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in Will definitely be looking to stay again

Sheryl is the best host I have dealt with this far. She replies to you within minutes which I have found other hosts can take up to 6-7 hours to reply. Her place was the cleanest I’ve stayed at this far. To sum it up there’s nothing I could complain about at all. The property was great actually the outdoor area was better and bigger than it looked in the pics. Great place with a great host.

Kate's cosy apartment was super good. Restaurants, theaters, great shopping, transport and even parks all really close by. Really close. Great shower, comfy bed, and so many thoughtful extras that I never expected. Thanks Kate for a wonderful week.

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

Vincent's place was great for our girls birthday weekend. The place was lovely and clean and in the perfect position to see Melbourne city.

Excellent location with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming host. Peter greeted us personally on arrival and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and major Melbourne attractions. Highly recommended!
