Waterfront vacation rentals in Greenport West

We will definitely stay here again. The apartment is pristine and decorated perfectly. We played records on the antique player and relaxed on the deck overlooking the Mystic River. Bed is very comfortable. Big roomy bathroom with a soaking bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Didn’t miss a TV. Assigned parking is a HUGE bonus. Aiden was great and polite and answered all of my questions promptly.

Phillip and Jennifer were extremely kind and gracious hosts. The setting is beautiful, with easy walks to the shoreline, shops, restaurants, etc. The accommodations were exactly as advertised, and perfect for an individual with work responsibilities who also wants a beautiful, peaceful location. I plan to be back!

We had such a fun and memorable stay at this unique home! The layout was so interesting ,with a spiral staircase leading up to the attic, where there were two cozy rooms and a small library that we absolutely loved exploring. It added such a charming touch to the whole experience. The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The views of the beach were absolutely beautiful …waking up to that was such a treat! The owner was lovely -very pleasant, helpful, and gave us some great recommendations on things to do in the area, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a one-of-a-kind house, and we’d absolutely love to come back again!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful location!

We had a fabulous time!! Loved having coffee in the morning on the front porch and reading there in the afternoon. Location was EXCELLENT!!! We were a block away from the Seaport museum and easy walk to downtown. We walked to Li’s for yummy breakfast items and enjoyed the local eateries all within walking distance. Neighbors were friendly and felt very welcome. We had the windows open for a cool breeze and fresh air. It was so delightful. We ate out and did not cook …other than great coffees and teas but the kitchen was well stocked. Also appreciated the shampoo and soap. We will come back to this beautiful town. Thank you

Fantastic location! We were literally a two minute walk from the beach. The studio apartment was as advertised and we would stay there again. We highly recommend!

Great stay, lots of restaurants nearby and very close to the aquarium and beach. The place was as described and the kitchen was gorgeous! A little wear and tear on the furniture and bathroom, but overall not a big deal and didn’t take away from the experience. The place did smell very strongly of fragrance though, just something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to scents.

Location was convenient, place matched description and host was friendly and reachable. Would stay here again!

We loved our stay. The host was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The place was spotlessly clean and well equipped for whatever we could think of needing and then some.

Our stay was exceptional and the views truly breathtaking!!! The home was pristine and geared to spending quality time together as a family, which we appreciated greatly. We traveled with our son and his family. The 4yr old twins, loved spending time outdoors and in the private beach area. They even had a large container available to them filled with an assortment of items which they used to build sand castles with their parents. Communication with our host was outstanding. It was evident they went through great care to make their home welcoming. Nothing was needed, but we knew they were but a call away. There was plenty of information in a binder available to guests with an array of eateries. Being in the medical field cleanliness is key… and this definitely was vacation ready. So make your plans, pack your bags. It won’t disappoint.

Great stay! Although it was a rainy weekend, we had a great weekend!! There were close restaurants and coffee shops and the house itself was perfect. Great aesthetic to the home, very cozy and relaxing.

I had a very nice stay at the Rex. It is dog friendly and very clean. Although my space was private, there are other rentals nearby and it had a camp like feel. I would stay there again if need be.

The house was clean, well-decorated, had all the things we needed, and private, with a long wooded lot leading down to the bay. We women friends were totally comfortable there. When we couldn’t find the entrance to the driveway off the main road, she stayed on the phone & directed us until we found it. Excellent choice!

Perfect beach down the street! We loved how close it was to everything including most Hampton towns. Absolutely wonderful home for the two of us and our two small dogs, especially the large fenced in yard for them to run. Every amenity is included and we loved the modern look of the home. Also loved the small, quiet street close to Mattituck's main street with charming restaurants. Make sure you check out the Magic Fountain for ice cream and Love Lane Kitchen!

This was our 2nd time staying here. It was just as nice as last year. So easy checking in and Patricia is great to deal with. The house is so relaxing and of course hearing and seeing the waves just melts away stress. I highly recommend staying here.

I wanted to have a very special 50th birthday celebration for my daughter whose 49th year had not been that great! I came across Alan's property online , booked it and hoped it would work for my gathering. Believe me it was everything I could have wanted... plus. A perfect backdrop to my weekend event. The online pictures certainly represent the property accurately, but it's the feeling you get when you walk into this home that is unique, and it really can't be explained in print. (Sorry AI). The location, views and provisions make it multigenerational user friendly. It was nice to know that Alan was there in case we needed something. You will NOT regret this one!!

John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. I recommend anyone to stay here and know they would want to return. Thank you John and Cathy for making our second summer with you a fantastic vacation!

Perfect spot for a Montauk getaway. Walking distance to everything dockside has to offer, great pool and lounge chairs on the property, very simple check-in via code with the front desk. Nick was kind and communicative our whole stay. We’ll be coming back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliffside for our wedding weekend! Alice was very flexible with us, which we appreciated because getting married is chaotic enough LOL. Would highly recommend staying here. The unit was spotless and had a wonderful view. We could not have asked for a better stay!

We loved Montauk - low key, wild and upmarket at the same time. This apartment was perfect, super quiet yet near everything and loved seeing wild deer from the terrace

Great retreat for a long weekend. Enough space for family of four. Easy access to everything in the Greenport area. Mia was very responsive, and the place was great. We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.
