The lakehouse looks exactly like the photos - stylish and cozy. The house looks small from the outside, but we were amazed by how well it fit our family of seven adults and two toddlers. The instructions/guide to the house was clearly written and super helpful, and Vincent was very easy to communicate with, usually responding right away. We were grateful for all the amenities the house comes with. In addition to enjoying the house itself and the gorgeous deck, we also made smores one night in the fire pit and went kayaking with the little ones. The owner provides guests with bracelets that give access to the community amenities as well. The community pool, playground, and little beach were all beautiful and very well maintained. Our little ones especially loved this weekend!

Stan is an amazing host and was so courteous that he cleaned up the drive way when it snowed like crazy. He was extremely warm and nice to our daughter and it was great experience. We enjoyed the house and hospitality.

Awesome property for a weekend getaway from the city. Sonny made this place into a fun playground - the pond is amazing, the hot tub, sauna, and back deck felt like a spa, and we enjoyed the fire pit and taking a short hike to the creek. The house itself is simple but has everything you need and we even managed to order Uber eats once from Kingston. The area is great, and we enjoyed the villages and a nice hike in the area. We will definitely come back.

We loved our stay. The house was well maintained and structured. Joey communicated very well with all the details and was responsive and friendly. We were allowed a flexible check out time as well. Overall happy with the stay 🤟🏼

We stayed here for about a week to getaway away from the city and we absolutely loved it! It was the perfect place to recharge and relax. Everything was as described!

We had a great long weekend at Jen’s house. The house had toys and games for the kids, which was a great bonus since it was a cold and rainy weekend! The house was in a great location making it easy to go to Woodstock or Saugerties to walk around and explore. It was easy to feel at home here and our kids loved it too.

We had a wonderful girls’ trip stay at the cottage. So cozy and warm! The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Sean gave very nicely detailed instructions and everything was just as described. We enjoyed all his recommendations for hiking and dining. Will definitely stay again when we are back in the area!

Spent a long holiday weekend at Craig and Chelsea’s place. Very spacious home with plenty of private spaces. My dog is a member of our family and we don’t leave her at home when we go away. she was happy to spend time in the yard and to accompany us while we roasted s’mores. Lots of shopping to do the nearby areas with delicious restaurants and wineries near by. The pool and jacuzzi kept everyone entertained and happy. Before I forget…VERY comfortable mattress and we all slept without getting up in the middle of the night.

Excellent house, location, and hosts! Very easy to just settle right in with everything needed for a relaxing and peaceful time in the mountains. Can't beat the layout/setup of the house along with the yard, deck, pond, and firepit for some fun and chill time with family/friends.

Martina’s cottage was fantastic. Everything was as advertised. Fantastic lighting, large space and, unbelievable views.

Excellent location with private pond. This home was truly built for a family gathering. Wonderful entertaining spaces, large fireplace with an expansive kitchen to cook in. There is a large game room with board games to suite all ages, billiards, croquet, and a small row boat for fun.

Had a great stay. Cozy and sweet cabin, designed well and comfortable to stay in. Also loved the little creek behind it.

Jessica’s house is likely my best Airbnb stay out of nearly 100 so far! The place feels so much like home, with many warm and personal touches. I can’t say enough about the beautiful surroundings. The property consists of a large lawn, very nicely maintained, and surrounded by woods. We encountered rabbits and deer, apart from the calming sounds of birds all around. The creek is a short walk away, and holes to the waterfalls are close by. If I had a choice, I would never leave! We had an absolutely amazing stay, I recommend this to anyone who likes peace and nature.

This is a really special place and a hidden gem in Hudson Valley. With its modern architecture, well curated furniture, engaging art, beautiful open fields and a canopy of tall trees all add up to create a truly unique experience. The place has a full kitchen, a big and cozy living room, a patio perfect for lounging and very comfy bedrooms. The strategically positioned glass windows blur the indoor / outdoors. Michael is the perfect host with clear and responsive communication. My wife and I look forward to our next visit!

We had a fantastic stay while celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday! Michael’s house was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The location was perfect — peaceful and quiet. It was conveniently located between Phoenicia and Hunter/Tannersville, which made it easy to get out for hikes and explore the area with our kids. The hot tub was a huge highlight and got lots of use. And we loved the views from the second floor deck! It was also such a bonus that the house was dog-friendly — we loved being able to bring our pup along for the trip! The only thing we missed was a high chair, which would’ve been helpful with our toddler — but otherwise, the house was really well-stocked and family-friendly! Michael was a great host — responsive, helpful, and made the whole process really smooth. We’d definitely love to come back again!

Beautiful house, even nicer than the pictures. The kitchen was especially well stocked. My teenager loved cooking and grilling! We had rainy weather but it didn’t matter-we were happy and comfortable hanging out in the house most of the time! The host was responsive to messages and provided clear instructions. A couple of minor things came up and were addressed promptly. We definitely plan to come again. Thanks so much!!!!

Mariana and Scott are the perfect hosts. They are so accommodating and with very quick responses. They were so nice and their place was so quaint and charming & very dog friendly. A dog’s Haven. Everything worked beautifully in the house and they were so nice about giving a little bit extra time at the end. We were so comfortable that we didn’t even want to go out most of the time. Our dogs were very happy. Thank you so much for taking good care of us in your beautiful home. We will be back.:)

This was our second stay at Elsbree House, so we knew exactly what to expect-a gorgeous Victorian home close to great restaurants and to fun area events. Rafael is an extremely responsive and flexible host who is always available by text. We hope to return in 2025!

Enjoyed a fun and peaceful stay. Janet and Bernard were communicative and helpful, and the house has an amazing indoor bathtub and relaxing outdoor hot tub. Game room downstairs was also fun! I had some issues with allergy/asthma triggers--my fault for not noticing that the house is listed as "pet friendly" and has carpets in the bedroom (everything was EXTREMELY clean, but I'm just really sensitive to residual allergens). Although the house is located on a street with other nearby houses, the hot tub and back porch have fences to maintain a private atmosphere. I recommend dining and hiking in the Hudson area, which is a short ride away. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, with fantastic hosts!

Kira’s place felt just like home - comfortable, clean, warm, and lovely. Kira was also very responsive and kind in all her communications with us. We would absolutely stay again, without a doubt!

We stayed at Patrick's place to celebrate my 30th birthday with five of my closest girlfriends, and it was truly perfect from start to finish. The house is tucked away in a peaceful, private setting, but still feels incredibly stylish and thoughtfully designed. Every detail was perfect—from the decor to the hot tub and Sonos sound system that kept the fun and relaxing vibes going all weekend. The kitchen was gorgeous and became the heart of the house—we cooked, laughed, and danced around it all weekend. The outdoor space was just as stunning and gave us the perfect spot to relax and soak it all in. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Patrick was proactive, communicative, and provided very clear directions that made check-in and our whole stay seamless. Would absolutely come back again—such a special place for a special weekend!

We had a wonderful time staying here over the Christmas holiday. The house was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed to cook, which was especially helpful since most restaurants were closed for Christmas. Its location is fantastic, close to ski resorts, restaurants, and beautiful sights.
