Vacation rentals with a patio in Green Lake, Seattle

Evelyne’s place was perfect for our 2 night stay in Seattle. It was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in. It was very clean, uncluttered and the beds and linen were top notch. The water view was amazing! We were given precise instructions on how to get in and had no problems. The parking pass that was included was perfect and had no problems finding a space out front. The area felt very safe and very walkable to the Space Needle, restaurants, shops and to the downtown waterfront marketplace. We would definitely stay here again.

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

Went to Ballard to visit friends and work remotely for a week. Seeing as there are only two hotels in the Ballard area, Airbnb was the way to go. G's unit is perfect for one or two people to stay. The unit is within a short walking distance of so many things, including Trader Joe's and LA Fitness, and a 15-20 minute walk of everything Ballard has to offer in shopping, bars, and restaurants. The area is still being developed, but I always felt safe walking around at night. G was very helpful when there were minor issues with the air conditioning unit and was kind enough to let me drop off my luggage before check-in. A+!

This was my first Airbnb, I’m local but needed to be down in Ballard for a early meeting. This was such a great spot so close to everything it was perfect! It was quiet and private but easy to find. Will definitely come back when I need to, also host was so sweet and accommodating.

We lived our stay! Great location in west Seattle, easy to get to your typical tourist activities. The space was great, spacious and had everything you need and more! Try accommodating with my 9 month old, we appreciated all the necessary baby supplies and toys! Easy check in, and included parking, which we loved! Also! A cute park down the street if you’re traveling with kiddos :)

I absolutely loved staying at Greenwood Gardens. I was there for almost 3 months. I was so comfortable and cozy there. Abby and Rodger have thought of everything so I wanted for nothing. There is a huge closet in the bedroom, which makes it easy if you have a lot of clothes like me. The bed is awesome and I absolutely loved the “Purple” pillows. The bathroom is immaculate and has lots of drawers and a little linen closet for your personal things. The living and dining area is quaint and the kitchen has every gadget you will need if you like to cook. I loved making my pour over coffee every morning, but there is a coffee pot and a Keurig too. As winter turned into spring, the yard began to bloom and it is so beautiful now. I am going to miss Greenwood Gardens for I loved living there. But, I have decided to make Seattle my permanent home so I’ll be around. And I am a happy to say I have gained 2 new friends in Abby and Rodger.

This place was immaculate and had everything we needed (toiletries, all kitchen items, etc.) The bed was very comfortable and the size of the unit was perfect for 2 people. The neighborhood is very quiet and within walking distance of a couple of restaurants and a high end super market. We did not have a vehicle, however, there’s a designated space so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot in the street. We will definitely choose this place again when we return to Seattle, and will also recommend it to other family members that want to visit. It was perfect!

Overall really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. In a great location, near pike place market + 1st Ave and the price was very competitive. The hosts were really responsive and kind. They have a great bag holding system as well, although I didn’t end up using. There was the occasional loud neighbor and some street/ building noises, but to be expected for the area. I’m a light sleeper, and was able to fall asleep without the use of earplugs (which are nicely provided ). Overall I enjoyed my stay and had no real inconveniences or incidents occur and if I’m in the Seattle area again will try and book here again.

Glen’s place was beautifully renovated with thoughtful details, ie lighting, decor, and striking bathrooms. Also, the beds, pillows, and bedding were so comfortable; they were some of the best we’ve had in an Airbnb. We appreciated the laundry amenity, the closet space, the TV in both bedrooms and the LR, and the air conditioner! We were happy to have a cute outdoor space, but we wished the umbrella was a tilting one. Maybe it was, but we couldn’t get it to tilt. However, we managed anyway to enjoy the outdoors and the BBQ. The neighborhood is a little quaint (looks like it may have been an early suburb that is now somewhat neglected), but is quiet and very private. We were very happy to have parking on site! Thank you, Glen, for this little oasis for a few nights!

Jane is a very nice and welcoming host. It’s a very homey place with everything you need. Parking is easy in front. But, the best thing is the location for visiting all of Seattle especially since it’s peaceful and quiet, too.

This place is ultra cool, sleek and modern. And that rooftop is the perfect place to relax and have your morning coffee. Place was as clean and exactly as advertised. Sam was super responsive and was very accommodating when it came to adjusting our checkout time. We would definitely stay there again and give it an enthusiastic recommendation 👍🏾

Jennifer’s place was the perfect spot for my wife and I to stay while celebrating and spending time with our daughter who was graduating from University of Washington. It was a beautiful neighborhood where we enjoyed evening strolls and walks to nearby restaurants. Everything was convenient and Jennifer was a great host!

I loved my stay! It was very clean and comfortable. They had a fan which was great! Parking, which can be challenging in Seattle, there is reserved parking in the rear and always on street parking available. Safe neighborhood. The owners were very responsive with any questions. I will definitely stay there again!!

Nice to stay in such a peaceful neighborhood after a day of tourist attractions. And the park right at the house is a beautiful and great fun to enter.

We loved the space. Great views. Windows for days. We even measured some spaces in the house to incorporate into our home build. It’s not a large home but it feels so spacious with all the natural light. Truly feels like home. It’s not a cheap rental but the value is all there. We would love to return sometime! Zero complaints and I’d highly recommend the stay for anyone looking to visit the area.

We had an amazing stay at this home. 2 adults and 2 kids under 9. Plenty of room to spread out and come together. Loved the proximity to the lake - we were lucky to have a week of sunshine. The stroll to the lake was lovely and the neighborhood takes incredible pride in their plants and flowers - my girls loved that. The backyard was also perfect - no joke about the wearing shoes for the tiny pine needles, though! AC worked great and water pressure was top tier. Hosts were very helpful with everything. Love it!

One of my favorite air b n b experiences. Absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better. It is surrounded by delicious restaurants and above a delish breakfast and coffee place. But it’s so quiet. The apartment is so peaceful and bright but with black out curtains for sleep. The bed and fold out were super comfy. Just truly perfect stay.

Stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed Jane’s condo! The apartment was very clean and welcoming with its decorations and amenities. It was the perfect size with a gorgeous West facing view that let in the afternoon sun while also being a perfect spot to see sunsets. The location is so easy and convenient, I never had issues with finding street parking and it’s a pleasant walk to the central part of Capitol Hill. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice Seattle getaway! I would definitely stay here again.

Robert was easy to work with and the location is amazing along with the amenities. Worked great for our family of 5 + our dog. Made for an excellent weekend seeing family for graduation and the city with the boys. Would recommend.

This is our second time staying here and both times have been amazing! Clear guidance, responsive, easy to find location, and always helpful from start to finish! Looking forward to another trip in the future!

House was in a great location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Apartment was stocked very well with amenities needed for our stay. Garage parking that came with the house was very convenient. Nitpick: Dropping the parking fob back in the house after taking the car out of the garage is a bit tedious.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Lauren’s place over the long holiday weekend! The condo was lovely, very tidy, and we slept like babies in the super cozy bed. There were plenty of thoughtful touches throughout like flossers/q-tips in the bathroom, candies in the kitchen (a very welcome treat after our travel day), and there were even earplugs in the bedroom 🤣. We also really loved the neighborhood—LOTS of cute restaurants and shops, we really enjoyed the ice cream shop across the street and the yakitori spot a few blocks down. The weather was beautiful while we were there, so we even got to enjoy a beer out on the balcony in the sun. We had a rental car and it was easy to find parking every day (we parked near the high school and never had an issue). Highly recommend booking here for a great stay in Seattle!

Very easy to get around close to everything. Lyle was super responsive and friendly! Place had everything you need for a great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! It has stunning views of both Mt. Rainer and the city. Nice privacy in a quiet part of town, but only a short 20 min drive into downtown Seattle. The owners were also super friendly and attentive!
