House vacation rentals in Green Lake, Seattle

The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

Amazing stay right in the heart of downtown. So easy to walk to Pike Place Market and conference center. So much to do in Seattle that was easily accessible from this location. Target underneath a huge plus for things we might have forgotten to pack. Taylor was very responsive and available for questions or concerns. Beautiful condo with amazing views. Amenities in the building (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub) were amazing. We were sad to leave, but can’t wait to come back to visit in the future.

Absolutely a great place to stay and perfectly located to everything you would want to have and see. A parking spot is available, but it’s so easy to get to her place from the airport and we would highly recommend using the public transportation and forget the car. Enjoy Seattle on foot. No shortage of interesting things to see on foot. This was a wonderful place to stay with great amenities and safe and secured access to the building. We will be back and this will be our go to place to stay anytime we come to Seattle in the future. A shoutout to Judy for being a great host.

Jessica's place is perfect for a family get-together with generously sized bedrooms and comfy shared spaces. This was our second time staying there, and we hope to stay there again whenever there is a family occasion in Seattle. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool in the backyard, and we also loved being close to the lake. We especially appreciated being able to borrow the kayak and paddle boards.

The Gamble house was one of the most beautiful and peaceful settings we’ve stayed at in our 25years of annual girl’s trip. The views were incredible, the location was perfect for a scenic drive to Poulsbo or Olympic National Park. The home’s layout was perfect for families or in our case, a girls trip. The heated pool was a big bonus we didn’t expect for the Pacific Northwest but we enjoyed it in the late afternoon after sightseeing. The host Allison was communicative and had great details for a smooth check-in and was quick to respond with any questions we had. Would highly recommend. We would definitely put this listing on our return list!

The place was great location , didn't expect it to be close to the center but yes I chose the right location close to everything. As for the host she was kind, quick to respond, and the cleanliness was top-notch. again walking through the trees,forest kinda to the house was the best peaceful thing ever happened to me since the year began. I think i will just make this my second home every time I'm in town.

This is a great location, in a lovely area and easy to get to the sights in Seattle. Place is as advertised and clean, with great instructions provided on all aspects of use. We enjoyed the little extras provided by the host, including sparkling water and ice cream treats. Beds are comfortable and shower head options are excellent. This location is a very short drive (or lovely long walk) to downtown Ballard area with many restaurant, bar, and shop options. Host was very responsive as well.

Glen’s place was beautifully renovated with thoughtful details, ie lighting, decor, and striking bathrooms. Also, the beds, pillows, and bedding were so comfortable; they were some of the best we’ve had in an Airbnb. We appreciated the laundry amenity, the closet space, the TV in both bedrooms and the LR, and the air conditioner! We were happy to have a cute outdoor space, but we wished the umbrella was a tilting one. Maybe it was, but we couldn’t get it to tilt. However, we managed anyway to enjoy the outdoors and the BBQ. The neighborhood is a little quaint (looks like it may have been an early suburb that is now somewhat neglected), but is quiet and very private. We were very happy to have parking on site! Thank you, Glen, for this little oasis for a few nights!

Airbnb was as advertised and clean. We particularly enjoyed having several indoor and outdoor spaces to gather as a group. Additional essential supplies were promptly delivered when requested.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It is small but comfortable with a nice shady sitting area outside and off-street parking. It's really close to lots of things - the University, U-Village, Acorn Street yarn store(!), I5 on/off ramps (but far enough away you can't hear it) and more! Very quiet and lovely neighborhood to walk around if you are so inclined. Great value for money.

Comfortable, immaculate, tastefully furnished home in Greenlake/Phinney Ridge on a quiet and peaceful street. Workstation was very helpful in being productive over the first couple days of my stay. Wonderful location - easily walkable to bakeries, for groceries, and to some great local restaurants. Enjoyed running to and around Greenlake (just over half a mile away) each morning. Centrally situated near both 99 and I-5 made it easy to get around for work and then visiting folks over the weekend. Hosts were super kind and responsive including with setting up early check-in with my morning arrival from the east coast. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Cassandra's place for about 6 nights, and it was a really great experience! Close to the highway for convenience, but it was super quiet and peaceful. Cassandra was also very kind and responsive! Great stay for a great price.

This house was perfect. Just one block from Green Lake, so the location couldn’t be better—easy walking distance to the lake, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, yoga studios, and more. Inside, the home is spotless and beautifully decorated. Every room feels intentional and stylish, yet still cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end cookware, and the bathrooms had everything we needed—plush towels, great water pressure, and even heated floors. The beds were super comfortable with memory foam mattresses and quality linens. You can tell Happy put a lot of thought into every detail. She was also a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. It was quiet, peaceful, and effortless. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a lovely stay here! It was perfect and I'm going to steal some ideas for my own ADU. Very well appointed. Loved the real plants inside and fresh garden flowers! Would stay here again!

Greenlake is one of my favorite spots in Seattle and the house was in easy walking distance to so much!

Colin and Robin were super gracious and lovely hosts! I had to spontaneously relocate for a couple of weeks locally in seattle, and they were extremely helpful from first comms to the end of the stay! It’s a rad neighborhood with a ton to do, their place gives you an opportunity to recharge and relax only a few blocks away from the action so you can get going back out into the city. Super close to bus lines, light rail, food, bars, parks, live music. Very reasonably priced and couldn’t recommend more highly!

Sebastian was very proactive with communication and responsive! The house was very clean and modern, and there was a pack ‘n play for our young child. The rooftop deck had lovely views. Would 100% stay here again.

Great location and a ton of space! It’s hard to find an entire house in the Seattle area, let alone one with a full refinished lower level. The kitchen was modern and well stocked. The two full bathrooms were a plus. Plenty of hot water. Large laundry area with a drying rack. Mounted TVs in every bedroom were a nice touch. Parking spot was a bonus, especially in Green Lake. We walked everywhere! Great cafe and restaurant choices just a stones throw away. PCC market was walkable for groceries. We enjoyed walks around the lake. We felt very safe. There were always people out and about even when we were walking home late from dinner. We would stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The home is brand new, beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic location. It’s just a short walk to a nearby park—perfect for families with kids or pets. Payton was a wonderful host, responding to all our questions quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

You wont regret booking this bnb. It's very modern, upscale, well furnished and well kept. It comes with 1 dedicated parking spot and the neighborhood seems safe. We loved everything about this bnb. We had an issue with a bathroom door and the host got it fixed perfectly the next day. The only thing we wished was for some outdoor furniture on the first floor to enjoy coffee in the amazing summer Seattle weather. Note that there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on the second floor and 1 bedroom and bath on the third floor.

I loved my stay! It was very clean and comfortable. They had a fan which was great! Parking, which can be challenging in Seattle, there is reserved parking in the rear and always on street parking available. Safe neighborhood. The owners were very responsive with any questions. I will definitely stay there again!!
