Felt like home away from home while working in Colorado. Would have loved to stay for good. Everything need is nearby but the property is located away from busy streets.

My fiancé, our dog, and I stayed with Tracee for roughly a month and a half. Tracee is an incredibly quick to respond and accommodating host. Our AC unit had been leaking, and she immediately offered us their personal one from the upstairs living space. She always responded quickly to any queries we had. The apartment was relatively quiet as long as people weren’t getting too active upstairs. I felt we had a genuine sense of privacy during our stay. If you’re working from home, I do warn that the wifi tends to be quite slow, especially for any larger downloads. The apartment stays relatively cool during the day, even without the AC running. Overall, our stay was great, and I’d highly recommend this location for an extended stay or visit to the FoCo area.

Stayed at Raquel’s place for a month during a work trip at CSU. The place is separated from the main house remaining private and quiet. Holly met me at the property and made me feel very welcome and recommended some local places to eat. Raquel kindly bought me some items for my stay which was a really lovely touch. The space is very comfortable and clean with everything and more during my stay. The house is in a peaceful neighbourhood and a good location for downtown Fort Collins. Holly was great at responding and very polite when we met. I felt really lucky to find a really nice place far away from home. Highly recommend to future guests.

Very nice place ! I highly recommend very clean nice and quiet, You’re close to a park and a lake, golf and # of very good restaurants, 20 minutes to Fort Collins an 1hr to Denver,45 min to Cheyenne ,You can’t beat this location, couldn’t ask for a better host.

This was the second consecutive year we visited CSU Fort Collins for a football camp; we stayed in the same neighborhood literally a block away. This year I must say with James as our host it was a much more comfortable experience: 1. He allowed my family to check a few minutes earlier 2. His proactive instructions prevented us from driving around to search for the pools. 3. Response time was immediate we didn’t have to wait hours for a response to a simple question. 4. He allows pets so our entire family could enjoy our visit. We hope next year the property is available for next year’s visit.

There was a vase of beautiful bearded iris flowers on the table. Clear instructions available. Being right across the street from Hays Market was great for us. Briefly ran into Kelly outside, super friendly. We will be checking availability next time we are in the area.

This cute little place is just as described. Cozy, comfortable and within walking distance of cute shops and restaurants of downtown Loveland. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely love to stay here again!!

Gregory’s home had everything we needed. It was clean, had lots of amenities, spacious, quiet and in a perfect location that is easily walkable to the breweries and downtown area.

David's place is absolutely beautiful !! The vaulted ceilings really make the space feel bigger than it looks in the photos. Everything was exactly as pictured and described - the hot tub was spacious and a step above what we've seen at other places. Everything was amazing but let me tell you...THE MASTER SUITE WAS BEYOND PERFECT to the point my husband and I had a lazy Netflix and chill day in bed and it was SUBLIME !! I would highly recommend booking with David 10/10 in every category- plus it's an entire house for the same price as studio cottages in the surrounding area. I can't say enough good things - we truly LOVED LOVEland and loved the house - perfect vacation house!

Our stay at Kelly’s was awesome! Has everything you need for a wonderful vacation from the board games, foosball table, hot tub, plenty of movies and a ton of electronic games! What more could you ask for!?! Definitely would 100% recommend staying at Kelly’s.

Kevin’s house was great for a large group. We all had the space we needed as did the dogs.

We enjoyed staying at Jessica's place for our quick weekend trip. I truly wish we could've stayed longer. Our itinerary kept us off the mountain for a vast majority of our time, but we could have easily spent hours - if not a full day - enjoying the peace and serenity offered at this beautiful home. It was a perfect little spot for my wife and I to stay.

Great place to stay for a weekend in Fort Collins! Easy to walk to many restaurants. Backyard space was great for us and our dog. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely home on a quaint street two blocks from the Main Street of town! We absolutely loved our stay here! My only concern during my stay is the tenants downstairs, which is clearly stated in the description, but just made me feel bad because an eight year old and pup can make alot of noise but they didn’t seem to mind or complain. This place has an unbeatable location and I’m so happy we were able to make this a stop on our cross country road trip! Great hosts!

Wonderful stay at the Happy Place Hideaway, it had everything we could possibly need. Great location for easy and beautiful drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and Loveland is just the cutest town. Highly recommend!!

Quiet comfortable location we were able to do our laundry for our vacation. In addition the host very responsive with communication and left excellent instructions. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Exactly as described, and with all the hubbub about AirBnb and hosts requirements, this was a refreshing breath of air with nothing to do before leaving. The way it was meant to be! Lots of towels, linens and extra pillows.

This was the perfect fit for my family to enjoy for a college graduation we attended. As soon as we walked in we were in love with the setup and decor. The place was immaculate and clean, with a modern feel. The beds were so comfy and the backyard was beautiful and a great place for the dogs to run around. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had an excellent stay at Monte's home in Fort Collins! The house was in an optimal location with lots of sights and activities nearby. It was fully fenced in both the front & back which was perfect for our 2 pups. The house was clean & had lots of amenities (the game room was a huge plus for our family as well). Monte would proactively check-in with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the area!
