Came into town to visit family and couldn’t have been happier with the Cozy Craftsman. Debbie was responsive to all of our questions, allowed us an early check-in to better coordinate with a family activity, and was extremely friendly and helpful. The house itself is an absolute gem. Perfect for the four people traveling in our party with plenty of room to spare. Can’t say enough about the location, the home’s cleanliness, availability of amenities, and the quiet neighborhood. The Pace was great. They had everything that we needed, including a pack and play and was really close to the family. We were in town to visit worked out awesome!

This beautiful basement apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The home is well kept and safe. I loved that the communication was quick and that my questions were answered. What a great place to stay and enjoy the area!! I would stay here again if the chance arises.

The house was immaculate. Far better than expected. This is an absolute must stay if you are in Greeley. The only issue we had is we could not stay longer. Neighborhood was great and very quiet. it does not matter if you a small party or big party. This place is perfect.

Bruce’s place was exactly as described. Clean, stocked with all the essentials and easy to get to. Great location, quiet, beautiful lake, charming town with shops and restaurants. We were in Fort Collins for a college visit with our son and found Fred and Carol’s place to be very comfortable and clean. Fred’s woodworking skills are impressive and on full display in each room — the staircase is amazing! And the back yard is inviting and relaxing. The location is close to the CSU campus and within walking distance of the fantastic downtown — just a great neighborhood. Fred and Carol were the perfect hosts, and we enjoyed talking with them and getting to know them a little. We’d definitely stay here again.

Peter has a nice private suite that perfectly fit my solo trip to Fort Collins. I wasn't around much during the day, but the bed was comfortable, the den area was spacious, and the full kitchen with a toaster oven is very convenient. Would stay here again!

Great little spot in the heart of Loveland. Walkable to tons of cafes and shops. Also the bed was extremely comfortable!

From our first contact with Glenn and throughout our stay, Glenn was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment served us well for the purpose of our stay. The swing by the lake was beautiful. We spent our evenings there enjoying the peacefulness of the area. We like to walk, and found the neighborhood to be very walkable. The location of the apartment was in a quiet area and easily accessible to most anywhere you might want to go in Fort Collins. We appreciate the opportunity to have stayed at Glenn’s place.

This Airbnb was a great stay for the couple nights that we needed. Was clean and comfy. The lake is just down the road if you desire otherwise great area and not too far away from the necessities. Recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb in Loveland. The home was beautiful both inside and out - clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully decorated. Despite being located near an industrial area, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and serene, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. All the accommodations were excellent - everything we needed was provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to others. The host was super communicative and gave detailed instructions. The lock was easy to use and worked well. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. I loved the space, how clean it was and all the kitchen supplies, extra blankets and board games supplied. Great value.

I was coming up from Texas after working 5 weeks straight. Michael was very easy to talk to and was proactive in making sure everything was taken care of. The property was easy to get to, and it was genuinely a really peaceful place to be, while simultaneously easy access to the roadway that gets you down into Fort Collins. I’m someone who thoroughly enjoys the Rustic vibes, and to me, there was nothing better than waking up, getting some coffee, and looking out at the mountain views. I had a great time there, and 100% I’m coming back again.

This apartment was amazing. I was on a work trip and this provided me a feeling of home. The apartment was clean, well decorated, had a great feel and the beds were comfortable. The location was nice and easy to get around. The area was quiet and easy parking.

We have stayed at Josh’s condo for the past several years, and we hope to continue this trend. Josh is an excellent host and this property is just about right for us. Location is great, within walkable distance to Old Town and a 10 minute ride to our daughter’s home. The kitchen is well -stocked and easy to use, and the entire unit simply feels comfortable to us. We always look first for Josh’s place when we begin our planning our annual trip to Fort Collins.

What a lovely apartment in downtown Windsor. Great for anyone. If you go on the weekend, check out the farmers market. Lots of cool restaurants to walk to. Highly recommended. Will visit again. Thank you!
