Vacation rentals with a patio in Greater Buenos Aires

A dream stay in Buenos Aires! I stayed alone in this apartment and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The place was spotless: super clean, neat and with all the details well cared for. It gives a feeling of tranquility and well-being that is greatly appreciated when traveling alone. Patricia left a complimentary sparkling wine and water, which was a nice touch. What surprised me (and delighted me!) was being able to use the building's pool and spa. A real unexpected luxury! The location is also ideal, very safe and close to everything. I felt comfortable the whole time. I would definitely come back and recommend it especially if you are looking for a quiet, modern place with first-class amenities. Thank you for a perfect stay!

I loved my stay here! It was on a relatively quiet street in Palermo but close to so many great restaurants, bars, and cafes. Also quite convenient to the Subte (metro system), making it easy to get to so many other parts of the city. Don’t miss out on the nearby gardens and the eco park! As for the space, itself: it was super clean, had all the amenities, and was very tastefully decorated. It’s on the 10th floor, which made it fairly insulated from street noise but also gave it a great view from the balcony! The hosts were SO kind and communicative, as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

I felt very comfortable, like at home. It's close to everything, Puerto Madero, Plaza de Mayo, the obelisk, etc. The building is new and the apartment is luxurious.

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, in addition to being very well located and having everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and received us to check in, and we even arranged a late check-out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

The place is super comfortable, everything is as described and as shown in the photos. The area is quite quiet, several shops near the place and the subway station a few minutes away. Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

The apartment is comfortable, it was missing some kitchen utensils. The only uncomfortable thing was the first day we arrived, they were just fixing the front and you could hear the hammering a lot, but then it got better. Thanks to Alejandra's good attitude, we were able to enter before the announced time, which is very valuable when traveling with elderly people who are waiting for a medical appointment.

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, difficult to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Anyway, great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

The apartment is a cute one! Exactly as in the description. The location is amazing, very close to excellent restaurants, in a safe and quiet area. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very clean!!! Mariano is uniquely kind... he always responded quickly to our questions and helped us with precise directions so that we could find what we needed.
