We have kept a light modern funky space and a beach feel throughout the build which extends to the garden . It has a completely private garden so not overlooked to enjoy maximum privacy on your holiday.All our doorways, bathroom and access are suitable for wheelchairs. We have underfloor heating and all pets welcome.

Kiln Cottage allows you to immerse yourself in a haven of wildlife and tranquillity, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Honeysuckle cottage is perfectly located for exploring the Norfolk and Suffolk coastline. It was built in the mid 1800's and was once a farmer’s cottage. Now completely refurbished to a high standard with beamed ceilings, latched doors, central heating and fully double glazed. 10 minute walk to Hopton’s sandy beach. Village has 2 pubs serving food, fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway and a local Co-op and garage.
