From the train station we can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Weather permitting, you can sit with us in the green inner courtyard.

The special feature of this apartment is its location, vis-à-vis the park, at the level of its treetops, overlooking “Schlossberg”, cathedral and the well known clock tower. Just a few minutes away from the city-center, perfect for two people, very spacey and with full equipment. Especially in summer the large terrace is the absolute highlight. The opera, University of Music an University of Technology are nearly next door.

Vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht man in den Rosengarten des Cafés mit dem besten Frühstück der Stadt.

Charmanter Altbau im Lendviertel

Die Wohnung war total gemütlich, ich habe mich gleich wohl gefühlt. Für mich war die Lage perfekt. Allerdings ist die Straße vor dem Schlafzimmer eher laut, was mich nicht besonders gestört hat, weil ich gut geschlafen habe. Da mir schnell mal kalt ist, war es mir in der Übergangszeit in der Wohnung etwas kalt. Es gibt aber Heizungen, die gut funktionieren. Der Altbau braucht halt bis er warm wird! Ansonsten alles mehr als perfekt! Sehr stylisch eingerichtet! Absolutes Wohlfühlen! Der Blick von der Dusche auf den Baum im Hof war für mich ein Highlight und natürlich viel Platz für mich alleine genießen. Ich werde mich immer an die schöne Zeit in Graz erinnern! Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage - Lendviertel - absolut hip! Ich war nur zu Fuß unterwegs und war durch den Standort sehr flexibel. Auch vom Bahnhof super zu erreichen. Ein Ort zum Wiederkommen & Entspannen und ein Ort für Inspiration! Danke an die netten Gastgeber!

Cristina was super friendly and offered her help without being pushy. I loved the spacious, warm and clean apartment a lot. Spotless and so well equipped. Even the knives were sharp. Dishwasher tabs and detergent were there, nothing was missing. I also liked the bed and matrace. I d stay there again.

Very central location. Right in the city center and close to major places of interest. Easily walkable to the lift going up to Schlossberg Clock Tower, to Kunsthaus Graz, Mur River where Murinsel Graz is located, Glockenspiel (unfortunately it is temporary closed due to repair when we were there) ... and many others historical places. Kristina place is as described in the listing. Clean and spacious. Cosy kitchen... nice place to relax with a cup of coffee after a long day out.

Der Aufenthalt bei Andreas war echt super. Sehr freundlicher Mensch, und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne Küche und tolles Schlafzimmer. Würde jederzeit wieder dort schlafen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Meine Eltern haben uns in Graz besucht und sie haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut geschlafen. Gerhard hat prompt geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbere. Meine Eltern würden jederzeit wieder diese Übernachtungsmöglichkeit wählen.

We had a great stay at these apartments in Graz. The place was very quiet and had everything we needed. It looked exactly like the photos – clean and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out process was simple and straightforward. The host, Julia, was very friendly and always available if needed. Highly recommended!

Olin asunnossa jo toista kertaa tänä vuonna, mikä jo kertoo tärkeimmän. Asunto on kiva ja vastaa kuvia ja kuvausta. Sijainti on rauhallinen ja tärkeimmät paikat ovat kävelyetäisyydellä. Mariëtte on ystävällinen ja vastaa nopeasti. Jos tulen vielä uudelleen Graziin, toivon että tämä asunto on vapaana.
