The house is quiet and surrounded by nature, but only a 7 min drive from city center. It consists of a big living room & kitchen, entry and bathroom on the ground floor, a master bedroom, 2nd bedroom (with bunk bed for kids, but also usable by adults) and bathroom on 2nd floor. There are also another bedroom with infrared sauna and bathroom in the basement. The best part however, are the garden with terrace, fire pit, trampoline, the balcony and the big roof terrace overlong the hills of Graz.

House next to the bike route. Everything can be found in the garden for relaxation. Please note that we also live in the house (lower level), we have parquet, which may creak (the ravages of time), we have a dog, a cat, so the accommodation is not anti-allergenic, there is no TV. Pets are welcome, upstairs you have about 90 m2. We have no neighbors, restaurant, grocery store about 10 minutes away. Please take these into account, if you have any questions, please ask before booking.

A crispy house for those seeking peace and quiet

The cottage is completely made of wood and very cozy, in the middle of nature without car noise. It is romantically heated with a Swedish stove in the cold season. The bedroom is a very cozy mattress storage above the kitchen (10 sqm mezanin). A large terrace invites you to sunbathe all year round. There are small woods all around and you can take beautiful walks. The city of Graz is not far away and excursions to southern Styria are also available.

Beautiful dream house in a quiet, sunny southern slope with views over Graz to southern Styria. Conveniently located, excellent access, Graz city center in 10 minutes. Very good, modern and new amenities. Several outdoor terraces, partly covered. Immediately above the golf course, behind the house beautiful walking and hiking trails in the mountain regions, very good ski resorts can be reached as a day trip. Perfect for up to 6 people in any season.
