Vacation rentals with a patio in Graz

Dragana was a great host, accommodating, with good tips and helpful instructions for check-in and parking. The apartment was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 children). Great location and spotlessly clean.

Great location by the park. Clean and spacious with an outdoor garden area. Designed in a minimalist way. Had everything we needed in terms of kitchen appliances, incl. coffeemaker and dishwasher. They even offered a bike, which we didn't end up using but we thought it was a nice touch. Also it rained a lot during our stay so we were very thankful for the provided umbrellas!

Very good location. Easy 5-10 minute walk to central plaza and all sights, good restaurants, etc. Apartment was clean and functional, although the parking was a bit challenging with the same single lane entrance and exit. VERY tight to get the car in, but really not a big deal. Overall a good experience and we would stay again, mostly for the great location.

Everything perfect, as described

Great stay, location was easy to get into the old centre of Graz, 5 mins walk to tram stop. Supermarket across the road. Apartment was well furnished with lots of nice touches. As we're on a road trip it was great to have a washing machine to use. Lovely comfy bed. Would definitely recommend the apartment.

The location was great within several minutes by walk to center of Graz. Private parking around the apartment. Super clean and comfortable. Clear instructions for check in and parking with photos. Great stay.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights. Right upon arrival, it was a bit like coming home to grandma and grandpa - cozy and comfortable. We felt right at home. The house was super clean, the garden and the large terrace a highlight. Michaela was always available to us and gave us a lot of tips for activities. All in all, a great host and a great house! We'd love to come back.

The house was beautiful, very clean and cozy. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The facility itself, also with the sauna, is perfect! Many good tips for excursion destinations and brochures for the area are prepared in a folder. There is so much choice that a week is not enough. A visit to the Riegersburg itself is a must and you should also definitely see the birds of prey and the associated show. We enjoyed the stay very much and took home beautiful memories. The place was just as described, cozy and cozy in a beautiful green garden. It's really perfect for unwinding, the tranquility and scenery help a lot. It was particularly nice to see a deer right behind the house one afternoon. Communication with Verena was friendly at all times and she was always quick to reach and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped, everything you need was available. We felt very comfortable!

We had wonderful holidays in this very special house! Everything is decorated with an incredible amount of love and taste! Every little detail fits perfectly into the overall concept. It's totally cozy and just lovely! We felt incredibly comfortable from the first moment. Communication with Herman was very warm, quick and straightforward. He was always approachable and responded extremely quickly. Outside you can't decide which seat to use because they're all so great. The view and the air are fantastic. Hiking trails start directly from the house and you can also do a lot nearby. The village is cozy and our daughters loved the freely accessible fire pond converted by the villagers into a swimming pool. In short: an accommodation cannot be better!!!! We are glad that we were able to spend our vacation here and would very much like to come back again!

Really cozy, wonderful house. Plenty of space for 4 people. A great quiet place where you can relax and recharge your batteries☺️! The rooms look like the photos, all very nicely made. Absolutely recommended!

Spacious house with plenty of space and spacious rooms. Very good beds, bedroom with shutters. Kitchen equipped with utensils, albeit a little older. Very, very quiet! Beautiful surroundings. A big thank you for a great stay and a special thank you to the neighbor who allowed our children to feed and pet the rabbits. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed with the two of us and our dog for 6 nights in Maximilian's house. Everything was fine and sparkling clean! There was a voucher with all the information about the house (e.g. for the garbage disposal). The garden is also used by Maximilian and his girlfriend, but our dog was just allowed to sniff around all day. The hosts were very sweet to our dog. Nice! Nice base for a nature holiday in combination with visiting Graz! We definitely recommend the house, also with a larger group!

Fantastic accommodation in the historic center of Graz. Everything in the apartment is clean and functional. The host is pleasant, flexible and communicative.

Main square/center within about 15 minutes walking distance, grocery and drugstore in less than 10 minutes - great location! Very large and beautiful apartment that corresponded exactly to what the photos promised. Kitchen amenities were perfect. The communication with David worked very well, the apartment was ready to move in 1 hour before the official check in. Great that there is an espresso machine and we could start the short vacation with an espresso on the balcony. We highly recommend David and his apartment!

Ingrid’s place is ideal for us, a family traveling together. The apartment provides everything thing you need in daily life. We are especially impressed by Ingrid’s thoughtful welcome: preparing breakfast elements in the fridge (we arrive late and no time for grocery shopping) and giving clear instructions for parking. All items provideed in the apartment are of top quality. We like everything.

Very nice apartment, in a great area with many options (supermarket, restaurants) nearby. Super clean, well organized and exactly as described! Michael is a great host and very easy to communicate with, and very quick to reply to any concerns.

I had high expectations already based on the photos but the place went above and beyond. More beautiful even than the pics, a geeky paradise indeed. I had everything I needed for a few days' stay and Reinhard went the extra mile to accommodate my late check-in which I greatly appreciated. It was a joy coming home every night to such a beautiful place, and I would definitely return in the future. Thank you so much!!

We are loving this space! This year we were already here for the second time in a row, great apartment, great location, the roof terrace is just beautiful and Markus super sweet, reliable and accommodating. 13/10 stars!
