Cozy outbuilding in the heart of a vineyard. The accommodation enjoys a quiet and wooded environment in the countryside surrounded by vineyards that we produce using organic farming methods. Located only 35 minutes from Bordeaux, on the wine route between Saint-Emilion and Blaye. The accommodation is spacious with separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living-dining room, and independent with external entrance, and has a terrace. Its garden is fenced in and charming.

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool. Guests are completely independent with their own kitchen and bathroom. The kitchenette is fully equipped. The apartment is equipped with one large double bed (200x200 cm) and a 140x190 convertible coach. Besides floor heating the apartment is also equipped with wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.
