Monthly Rentals in Gray

Great little place near Johnson City and our family had a good stay over the weekend. Beds were comfortable and extra pillows and bedding was available. Bathroom has a nice little vanity with lighted mirror. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied and clean. Vivian kept the few kitchen supplies ready that we had requested ahead of time. We were able to cook and enjoy a couple of meals. Balcony was nice to relax and our pup was happy to be there with us.

Such a lovely unique getaway place. Very comfortable and peaceful. I loved the decor, the sheets felt so nice and I love that oh so soft rug in front of the couch. Dannie reached out a couple times to see if I needed anything, I checked in later than expected so she went and turned the light on for me, which was extremely helpful. I really enjoyed the dogs (a lot) and playing ball with them, extremely friendly dogs. There is also a gate that you can lock if you don’t want the dogs to come onto the porch. The windows are fantastic and add so much character. Everything I needed was there. I wasn’t ready to leave yet when my days were up. There is a nice trail that next time I visit I will adventure down. Dannie’s husband was out doing some work and we had a very enjoyable conversation with him, very nice man. Fast responses, great family and adorable tiny home, will be back. Thank you for a wonderful getaway! 💛

I had an excellent stay with Larry! The location is really convenient to Kingsport and Johnson City. The place is well furnished and had plenty of kitchen ware for cooking. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is really convenient for people in the area working like myself. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.
