Vacation rentals with breakfast in Gravina in Puglia

Wir haben uns bei Roberto sehr wohl gefühlt.

The home was beautiful. Had everything we wanted. Great kitchen and very close to the supermarket Sassi very close too. Once we parked our car and checked in, everything was within walking distance. Eleanora’s husband Dario helped with confirming the car park we found was free. Eleanora was very responsive to questions. Would love to stay again.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 3 nuits à ce logement! Tout était parfait: l’appartement, l’équipement qu’on y trouve, la propreté, la magnifique terrasse, l’emplacement à deux pas de la mer pour se balader, du supermarché, et de bons restaurants. Les sites touristiques sont facilement accessibles en train ou en bus. Nous avons également apprécié les petits déjeuners au café bar de Stelio mais plus que tout, la grande gentillesse de Stelio qui est venu nous chercher à la gare et nous y emmener à notre départ. Un hôte exceptionnel qui nous a si bien accueilli. Nous recommandons donc vivement ce logement!!

Allison goes above and beyond. Fully stocked kitchen with fresh eggs ,fruit and wine.Anna brought us fresh pastries every morning, removed trash and changed and refreshed our bedrooms and bathrooms . The King beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable and the exterior has every amenity. Every detail has been thought through. Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed vacation home.

Francesco was great! The location was awesome and our sunrise morning on the rooftop was amazing. He went above and beyond as our bags were delayed by the airline. We had a tour set up the day the airline wanted to bring them. He allowed us to give his name as the contact and he met the air line courier at the location and brought our bags in! He was so great! Love everything about the stay and would recoomend it highly to anyone.

Nino was a wonderful host and the apartment was great. Located in a lovely secluded spot in the old town, a few minutes from the cathedral, and about a 5/10 minute walk from the nearest paid parking. It was clean and had everything we needed, and Nino gave us some recommendation and vouchers for free pastries and coffees at a cafe next to the cathedral which was such a nice gesture! I would absolutely recommend this place, can’t fault it

I have booked this apartament 24h before arriving and have to admit that I wouldnt be able to find anything better. Flexible check in hours, cozy and comfy apartament with really unique style, friendly and proactive host - 100% recommend to everyone!

Can't say enough about how nice Andrea was. He met us at the street and had saved us a parking space close to the apartment. Walked us the short distance to the apartment and gave us a tour of the place. He provided the best welcome package of any of the places we stayed on this trip. Water, snacks, a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of Proseco. He's a laid back, kind person and wants his guests to have a good time. He also sent us on our way with three bags of tasty local treats AND a cute little jar that per local custom is supposed to bring good luck. It definitely worked as I had misplaced my wallet and had turned the place upside down looking for it before he arrived. Within five minutes of receipt of the jar of luck, my wallet was found!! Thanks Andrea! Regarding the apartment, it has good AC, a nice little balcony from the top floor and all necessary kitchen items. The unit is spread out on four floors, so you'll get your steps in. All in all a great stay in Bari

Great! The host was very friendly— provided you with local parking and a parking pass as well as picks you up and transports you to and from the home. The host also provided us with a complementary bottle of wine and snacks. The location is 10/10. AC worked very well. The location is above a busy restaurant. Bring ear plugs because the weekends are busy— however, the noise was not an issue at all for us. People who complained about the noise just were not prepared. It’s not an issue in comparison to the Magic’s

Der Aufenthalt im Appartement war sehr schön. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Vor allem die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Man konnte abends gemütlich in der Nähe Bars und Restaurants besuchen. Preis-/Leistung habenden jedem Fall gestimmt. Francesco ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hat auch ein Taxi für uns bestellt, das uns nachts zum Flughafen gebracht hat. Das italienische Frühstück mit Kaffee und Croissant konnten wir ein paar Schritte vom Appartment entfernt einnehmen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen mit Zug oder Bus. Einen Spaziergang von ca. 20 Minuten durch eine belebte Einkaufsstraße von Bahnhof und Busstation entfernt…Danke für die netten Tage und deine Unterstützung lieber Francesco. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Luciano is awesome, the apartment is awesome, and Matera is awesome. We stayed for 6 nights and loved every minute! The view of the Sassi from the small balcony is something we spent hours enjoying and will never forget. It was fun to stay in a cave and yet enjoy modern amenities. Luciano left us great reading material about Matera and made excellent recommendations for food and sight seeing. We would not hesitate to stay again if we are lucky enough to come to Italy again. Thank you, Luciano, for giving us the opportunity to experience such a magical place.

Amazing house, super clean and spacious. Truly a gem with a private and comfortable terrace with views! Absolutely perfect!

Excelente departamento, muy cómodo y con una decoración muy bien pensada. Cerca de la zona de los Sassi, ubicación accesible a los principales puntos turísticos. Excelente atención y predisposición de su dueño. Sumamente recomendable!

A wonderful place to stay. Clean and clutter free. Huge balcony! Placed in a private complex with personal parking slot. The location is perfect, because it is in the middle of all interesting places in the region. Anna and Antonio were great hosts - very friendly and easy to communicate. I really appreciate all the recommendations they gave us - best places and restaurants we would never find on our own.

We had a great stay in Matera. Mikele and Nicola’s place is easy walking distance to Sassi, and to great restaurants. We’ve stayed in many airbnb and this was, without a doubt, the best equipped when everything you could need, including a plentiful assortment of food, coffee, tea, fruits and drinks. Check in was so easy - Mikele found free parking for us nearby and helped carry our suitcases up to the unit. He was friendly , helpful and proactive with restaurant recommendations. He showed us how to make coffee and provided a helpful tour of the unit. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay here! Antonia created a lovely space and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Very generous breakfasts! Beautiful part of Italy. We will be back!

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, aber hat Charakter und Charme:) Wenn ihr etwas mitten in der Stadt sucht, passt sie super. Parkplatzsuche war am Wochenende etwas schwer, aber wir haben immer was gefunden. Wie haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Trullo semplicemente incantevole con un ampio spazio esterno da godere sia di giorno, all’ombra di un bellissimo albero, che di sera al fresco sotto le stelle. L’interno ė semplicemente di gusto e non manca nulla, anzi la semplicità è proprio la sua essenza. Si respira una bellissima energia trasmessa anche da Giovanni, che prepara colazioni super ed è esperto di percorsi ciclabili, e da Benedetta disponibile a consigli e sempre reattiva nei contatti. Non possiamo che ringraziarli per come ci hanno accolti e accompagnati discretamente per tutto il soggiorno. La posizione è comodissima per visitare tutta la Val d’Itria e le località sulla costa: Polignano e Torre Guaceto sono a mezz.’ora di macchina. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. La Puglia ci ha conquistato. Speriamo di tornare presto.

非常漂亮的公寓，照片拍不出它的美。我有点洁癖，但是房子的每一处都干净、整洁，完美符合我的要求。房子里设施一应俱全。 房东友善、热情、交流顺畅，为我们提供了详细的游览指引，他们甚至做了一个专门的网站，上面有详细的餐厅、特色食物、游览景点推荐。 总之，这是我在爱彼迎最好的一次体验。希望我还有机会再来巴里旅游并入住Casa Lucia!

Très beau logement ! Nous avons été accueillis avec pleins de petites attentions (gâteau, eau, sandwich, yaourt, …) ! Hôte sympathique et réactive ! Donne de bon conseils. Can I give her 10 stars? I LOVED the apartment and how comfortable, clean and homey it felt. Liliana was more than the perfect host. She brought the best croissants I’ve had so far in Italy. The place was squeaky clean, new, beautiful. Best Airbnb of my stay here. The coffee shop around the corner is awesome and there is also a supermarket. Liliana had yogurt and water in the fridge, and also coffee pods. But with that bar around the corner, who wants to make their own coffee? She deserves high marks. Best host, best place. Hands down.
