We had a wonderful two-night stay at this cozy cottage! The highlight was definitely the hot tub — perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The BBQ setup was great and made evening meals easy and enjoyable. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and surrounded by beautiful nature views, making it a peaceful escape from the city. We especially loved sitting on the deck and taking in the quiet, scenic surroundings. Would definitely come back for another getaway!

It was another enjoyable stay. This is our second time staying at Micheal’s listing here in Norland. The scenery is beautiful and we enjoyed all the amenities. Thanks again for the relaxing getaway :)

A beautiful place, with everything you need for a private romantic retreat, my girlfriend and I also enjoyed bringing our dogs along. I’d say if one thing could be changed I have a preference for a firmer bed.

We loved our mini getaway! We had everything we needed and more! Sleeping was a dream. Comfy bed (and cozy couch!) Chilled by the fire…. Wandered the road…. Peaceful vibes. Kyle and his wife have thought of everything….from the record player to playing some cards by the fire! Thank you for hosting us. Perfect spot to relax and unwind. Loved being steps away from the lake, hot tub, and sauna. Only an 8 minute drive to Lakefield, and about 20 minutes to the Curve Lake First Nations reserve. Hosts recommended a nice farm-to-table spot that we really enjoyed (The Cheeky Duck). The Nook was just what we needed and I happily recommend it to anyone looking to disconnect and kick back for a little while!

We didn’t realize the cottage was attached to another. But it worked out well. Grant was great and we felt it was private… just closer than expected. The lake is across a seldom used road. We could not have had a nicer host.

We loved our stay at RuthAnn and Norman's cabin! It was exactly what we needed to relax and get away from the craziness of Toronto. Everything was clean and well-organized. Norman is a fantastic host – so helpful and friendly, giving us a great tour and awesome local tips.

Cabin 28 is a perfect spot for a getaway, my husband and I spent 5 days here for our second wedding anniversary. We loved the coziness of the cabin and sitting in the hot tub under the stars. All-around great time and beautiful place! Dustin was also quick to help when we ran out of propane and ensured the place is stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us, it was a perfect place to disconnect from our hectic lives and spend some quality time together!

We stayed for two nights with my husband and our dog, and we loved it! The place was cozy yet modern, with all the essentials—heating, cooling, and wifi. The bathroom was a definite highlight for us. Everything was just as described, and the little jar of honey was such a sweet touch. We also appreciated the bug helmets and Thermacell—super handy! The location was great, and having easy access to the Oxtongue River and dock was super convenient. Kayaks and canoes were also included in the booking. The views were beautiful, and the outdoor space was both peaceful and functional. Check-in was smooth, and the host had great communication and was very responsive. The cabin’s modern design really stood out. Thanks so much for having us—we’re already looking forward to coming back!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the view from the deck was stunning. We especially appreciated the little touches like the, family friendly games, fast Wi-Fi, and detailed welcome guide. Whether you’re looking to relax in the hot tub, kayak on the lake, or just unwind in a peaceful setting, this cottage has it all. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We can’t wait to come back!

Wow, what a beautiful and peaceful getaway. The dogs loved it too. The cabin is very cosy and had everything we needed. The walk through the woods around the lake is lovely. The other cabins were empty, so we had the whole lake to ourselves. We really did feel like we had "gotten away from it all". Rob was very responsive and helpful. Evenything was taken care of with no fuss. He even arranged a topup of firewood for us, just in case. The only negative was the amount of bugs when going for a walk. It comes with the teritory and Rob did warn us, so we were prepared. But still, its hard to have them not effect your experience.

My family and I had a great time at Adam’s cottage! Incredible view of the lake, the lake water was crystal-clear. Beach house was well maintained and very clean, the interior decor was stunning! Beach house/garage had all the amenities you will need! The 2 paddle boards and 2 bikes were a great edition! we enjoyed walks/bike rides through the trails in the neighbourhood. We will definitely come back, HIGHLY recommend! Adam was very helpful, insightful, and gave fast replies! Great host!

We stayed at cabin #1 during October 11-13 weekend. We loved this place. Very clean, cute cabin, worth the price. Amy was very quick to respond. There are kayaks, canoes to use, firepit, bbq grill. We had awesome experience. I am looking forward to book it again. I highly recommend this place for with kids trip. There is beautiful playground by the beach.

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving getaway at Cara’s place! The place was extremely nice and cozy with everything we could ask for. The location was great, only 10 mins away from Arrowhead Provincial park, 15 mins away from all the restaurants in downtown Muskoka. The bed was also super comfortable. We had great sleep there. Overall, it truly exceeded our expectations and we would love to go back in the future!

My husband and I had a really lovely time here for my birthday. It was the perfect weekend getaway from the city; private, quiet, and surrounded by trees in beautiful Baysville. Our dogs loved being able to run around the property and go on daily walks to the lake. The cottage itself was cozy and charming and had all the modern comforts we could need. The bathroom was especially nice! Though it was a chilly/rainy weekend, we stayed warm by the fire, used the SmartTV to catch up on shows, and powered our way through a thousand piece puzzle! All in all very relaxing. The hosts were also friendly, responsive and flexible; we’d book again!

Our Misty River Cabin stay was absolutely dreamy. We stayed for a weekend with our dog and left feeling relaxed and refreshed after a beautiful time in nature. The cabin is extremely cozy and has all the cottage feel while still being very luxurious. Every aspect of the cabin from the comfy beds to fully equipped kitchen (and so much more) made it feel very bespoke and special. It rained almost the entire time, but we still enjoyed every moment as we could snuggle in the Muskoka room (with outdoor fire) and watch rain fall on the river as the birds sang, or enjoy movies on the cozy couch next to the fire. Our dog got to enjoy plenty of play on the little beach and shallow water too. It was wonderful to have a vacation the entire family could enjoy. We hope to come back soon!

I had a great time on my mini vacation at this property. Very relaxing, lovely little property and easy to get to. Felt very private even though it was close to other homes.

The Doma Lodge is a great little cabin perfect for a weekend getaway. The cabin is beautifully decorated, cozy, and very clean. Everything is well thought out, organized, and comfortable. The outside space is quite private from neighbours and is surrounded by forest. Stephen was an excellent host and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s. Unfortunately we had a family funeral unexpectedly and could not arrive on Friday as planned. We arrived the Saturday evening instead but Jennifer offered a late check out for us since we had lost some time. Accommodation is pleasant and clean. Bed was comfortable and you can tell that Jennifer and her husband take great pride in the property Beautiful surroundings and a great view of the lake. Orr lake is very shallow and has a beach area it would be great if travelling with kids. We were disappointed that the water was too shallow for fishing from the dock but it was a chilly weekend so we spent time in nearby Midland. St Marie Among the Hurons was a great way to spend a cold afternoon. Found a great English pub in Victoria Harbour.

Our stay at this Muskoka cabin was perfect for unwinding. Eliza and Safiqa were both amazing hosts. The 50s vintage decor and cedar furniture created a cozy atmosphere, and the serene lake views were breathtaking. We enjoyed the pedal boat, and the outdoor BBQ space for meals with a gorgeous lake view. There were also lots of activities to do only 15-20min from the cabin which was an added bonus. Our stay had been a fantastic retreat to disconnect and recharge. Highly recommended!

Kate's retreat is a perfect getaway from the city. Quiet, private, with lots of nature surrounding the cottage. The sauna, hot tub, and fireflies at night - were the extras on top. Thanks so much.

We had a wonderful stay at Annmarie’s cottage. The house was fully stocked with anything you might possibly need for a weekend away. Communication was excellent - Annmarie’s clear and proactive instructions made it a breeze to find and access the cottage. Whether in the cottage, on the deck or on the dock, the view of the bay is spectacular. We would definitely stay again!

2nd time stay with Wendi. Stayed in both a cabin and yurt. Great little off the grid spot. Plan to go back 😊
