Best casita we had, perfect for families and friends

Very nice place to stay. Rozana and Cristobal are wonderful hosts. However, there is no second bedroom but only an area for one person separated by curtains from the living-dining area. But that was OK for us. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the morning swimming in the sea. Accommodation is about 30 minutes from Valencia. The stalls of the local farmers on the way are also very great. Here we can buy freshly harvested fruits and vegetables. Very tasty. Thanks again Rozana and Cristobal. We'll be back!

A wonderful accommodation, clean, very comfortable, well-equipped and very well located, with a private terrace and wonderful views of the Rock framed between the green of the pine trees and the blue of the sea. There are 3 coves nearby that you can walk to with crystal clear waters. Isaac is very attentive to clarifying our doubts. Highly recommended. Looking forward to returning.

Kristin and the place were amazing! Very responsive and super helpful, flexible check in / out was great. House and pool setup is perfect to relax, nice and quite area and beautiful views from the terrace. 10/10!

A little paradise for dogs and humans. The large property is completely fenced, which is great for those who vacation with their dogs. Especially in the area of the pool, it is great that there are many pine trees on the property. You can handle it just fine, even at 35 degrees. The house is rather secluded. For people who want their peace and prefer a secluded location and not a tourist destination, this is the perfect place. Off-season with a dog is definitely better. There is no beach ban. There is no nearby dog beach. In the house you have everything you need. Super comfortable beds, especially the blinds impressed us. You can ventilate all day, but you don't have insects in the house. Great stuff. Then it should be added that the communication with Lambert was fantastic. Super friendly and fast. Clear recommendation for a break in this house. :-)

If I could give Cristobal’s place more stars I would! Without doubt the best airbnb I’ve stayed in. The photos on the listing make it look pretty but it is even more gorgeous in reality! Such a tranquil and beautiful space to relax in. There are so many details which add up to make this a really special place, it’s a two minute walk from the sea, the plunge pool, outdoor shower and immaculate garden were a highlight and the furnishings were tasteful and comfy. Cristobal was responsive and couldn’t do enough to help. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

It's been a great few days at Gérard's place. In every way. Comfort, situation, features, etc. We will be happy to repeat the experience and hope it will remain available for a long time.

Mila is a great host, her apartment is well located 2 steps from the beach, well-equipped, a large balcony, parking in front of the entrance, I recommend this apartment to spend good times in Gandia.

Quiet place. Recently renovated. Very helpful host who was easily accessible and helped us with, among other things, finding transportation and stuff. Flexible, tidy and close to the beach. Although we were there for a conference, it was still nice to be able to walk along the sea in the evening and in the morning. It is still quiet in May. I suspect it's much busier in the summer.

First of all, and many thanks to Maria, who is always attentive to make sure you have everything you need and all the information you need. The apartment with air conditioning and heat pump, clean sheets and blankets. The bathroom is very nice and spacious. Rooms are correct. Very spacious living room with two very comfortable sofa beds The apartment is just a minute from the gate to the promenade and beach, you have everything around bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bike rental, beach bars in the area Quiet, almost no cars on the street and little pedestrian traffic.

This was without a doubt the BEST place we’ve ever stayed. It was spotlessly clean and resourced with everything we needed. She had thought of everything!! From before our stay Diana was proactive and helpful ensuring we had everything we needed. We travelled with our 3 young children and having a cot and high chair available made our travelling so much easier. The beach towels, chairs and toys were a huge hit with my children. Check in was so easy. The gardens and pool are just gorgeous. Extremely family friendly, peaceful, SECURE and clearly very well looked after. The beach is 100m away. The cafes, restaurants, ice cream shops were less than a 5 minute walk along the beach. The beach itself was stunning. The views from the HUGE balcony are stunning- beautiful sunrises and amazing evenings. We are going to be returning to Diana’s apartment every year. The secure car parking space and lifts were a bonus! We can’t thank you enough for making our stay so easy and enjoyable.

It was a splendid stay, very comfortable and above all, very well located for what we were looking for. Close to the beach and with a pool in a very peaceful setting.

The ratings speak for themselves. Our stay in Javi's apartment couldn't have been better, as described. A very quiet area. The whole apartment is impeccable, with EVERYTHING you need. Also, I'd like to highlight Javi's service, which was 10/10. Everything was very well explained and he was attentive to make sure we were well taken care of. He recommended many leisure areas and restaurants around, and gave us very clear directions to get to and enter the apartment. Hopefully we can repeat, thank you so much for everything.

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. A wonderful experience, thank you Jorge, we would love to return!

Everything was perfect

The apartment was clean and spacious and it was a great bonus having 2 bathrooms! Although the apartment was comfortable, and in a great location close to the beach, restaurants and a Spar for groceries, there are a few simple things missing that would've made the stay more comfortable: 1) both shower holders face directly out, so you have to hold the shower head in your hand to shower, and the shower cubicle is very small - a tight fit for any larger person. 2) Although we booked for 3 adults and the apartment can accommodate 4 people, there were only 2 small cups for tea/coffee and very few bowls and plates etc. 3) No extra blankets in the bedrooms. Sadly we didn't have the best weather during our time in Spain and it was quite cold at night, with only a thin sheet on the bed. The host Jose Luis was very flexible, friendly and helpful, if we were staying longer we would have asked for blankets etc. and I'm sure he would have assisted with providing them.

The apartment is beautiful, the ocean views are incredible, very clean. With every detail. David is charming, available at all times, quick to respond. The ideal area to disconnect, rest and enjoy swimming in the sea. Highly recommended!😊

Beautiful spacious apartment with massive tarace with view on the beach and the sea. We were very warmly welcomed and we even got oranges from Cristina's garden. We loved every minute of the stay at Cristina's beautiful apartment.

The house is ideal for a couple, is very well cared for, very clean and the location is perfect. Cristina is very helpful and facilitated everything very much, I definitely recommend this accommodation and I would repeat without thinking!!
