Mikes place was amazing. We are so happy we found this place last minute. Beautiful balcony with amazing views and a clean pool. Mike and Adam were both quick to reply. Very clean and comfortable beds. It was an amazing stay for my family of 5. They were very accommodating and we would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very well renovated and very comfortable both the beds and the bathrooms and the kitchen has not lacked anything, it is in the center of Gandia but it is a very quiet street and little time you are in the main streets, near there is a market. In short, we liked it very much. I was very comfortable ,like at home. If I come back for gandia I will repeat.

Our stay was positive. The accommodation has a very large terrace where we spent most of our time. Quiet and peaceful. It has games for home and also for the beach that we were able to use. Very close to the beach and services (restaurants, shops, promenade...). Jose Miguel and his daughter were very kind. We had a family problem and they were very flexible with dates and also schedules. The house is very nicely conditioned and clean. Thank you very much for everything

The apartment was really lovely, first class and Andrea was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great holiday. The apartment was lovely and clean and had everything we needed even things like washing up liquid, salt, cooking oil etc which was so helpful. The pool was really lovely and often had it to ourselves. Nice balcony to sit out on and hot water, towels etc provided. Within short walking distance to promenade, beach, shops, bus stops etc. Overall couldn't fault it! Thank you!

The accommodation is superbly located, close to the beach. It's a very quiet area, perfect for rest. The service with Francisco has been excellent. Totally recommended.

Lovely weeks stay, really enjoyed being surrounded by the orange trees and two buildings worked really well for us with a beautiful patio in between where we had all of our meals! Very tidy and nice bedding etc, generally great facilities with some useful herbs/spices etc, only downside which we didn’t expect if you can hear the traffic from the road unfortunately but overall still peaceful and pool good for cooling down!

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

The house is perfect for two adults and a girl. Everything is clean, tidy and very well kept. The terrace is amazing. The pool is very nice. the beach is a ten-minute walk and a three-minute drive. All in all great.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. this place is absolutely beautiful we loved it so much it was hard to leave the apartment. Conors had everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all needed to make a meal. Really a beautiful place and so comfortable.
