My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

the casita de silvia is super cozy ,nothing to do with the facade ,it is a shame to see over so little time ,it is a place to spend many more days

Me and my brother have been staying with our dog in this apartment from September 13th to 16th and we were really delighted. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. It has everything essential to spend a comfortable stay (kitchen utensils, microwave, toaster, iron, coffee maker, infusions...). It has a cooler cooler ( for us one of the best things). The housing development is closed with concierge and it is very relaxed. It has a pool, tennis courts, and a garage space that you can use while staying. The location is great. A 4-minute walk from the beach of the furudetes (we who were with a dog this was paramount). The Playa de los dogs is attached to the normal and the nudist (if you like to practice it). At all times Marina and Javier communicated with us in case we needed anything. The girl who opened the apartment for us was majestic. We will definitely do it again. Thank you so much

The house has every last detail. All kinds of kitchenware, the refrigerator cools quickly, full bathroom, sheets, towels, ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room, very good terrace. We're going, as if we were at home. The pool is very good as it gets the sun all day and the water is great, especially if you go with children. Marian and her son are attentive to any questions and recommend places. I recommend a pure Italian pizzeria called Mariotti (you have to make a reservation). We will be back😊.

Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights. Maria's place is really something special. It is comfortably furnished with a beautiful little courtyard with remarkable plants and an incredibly comfortable bed. There was nothing missing. Maria and her partner themselves were very warm and welcoming. Even when our flight was delayed and they had to wait for us, that was no problem and they even took us to a small bar around the corner, where we could still get a delicious Serrano sandwich and end the evening with a drink for two. The area is very quiet and beautifully located and not at all touristy in the best sense. You can get a cortado for 1.30 euros in the café around the corner and otherwise you get everything you need in small shops. At the same time, you can reach the Valencian Old Town in a short time by Metro 2 if you want sightseeing and hustle and bustle. We will be back! Clear recommendation!

Perfect! The apartment is really great. Very clean, cozy, every little thing that you might need had been thought of in advance. Carlos was always ready to help, but we didn't find anything to ask him for, because the apartment was fully equipped for a month-long stay. Good thing is also that it is oriented to the north, so it is not that hot at daytime. A supermarket is just 1 minute away, and a nice park, too. To stay there and keep mobility you need a car. 15 minutes of drive to the beach. 30 minutes to the center of Valencia. Best-ever stay!

We stayed in 2 families for 5 days. The house is very cozy, equipped with all the comforts, clean. The outdoor pool is the highlight of the house, excellent relaxation area, great for children, strategic area 20 minutes from the main attractions. The owners were kind and helpful. Very good stay at the house. Nice garden and the house had everything you need. They live right in the next door house so they are aware of if anything is needed. Flexible check in and check out very positive thing. It communicates very well and quickly by message. Thank you very much for everything!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

It was amazing. The house is beautiful, better than the photos. It was equipped with everything you need and everything was taken care of in detail. We will definitely repeat. David has been very attentive, we are super happy! :)

Pablo and Ivan's house is beautiful, in spectacular surroundings and is all that the photos show and more. Communication was excellent throughout. We spent a relaxing 2 weeks here and would thoroughly recommend it.

Great holiday home with pool for big family!

The house was clean and tidy. It was well decorated. It had air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The treatment was quick and friendly with clear directions

Wonderful stay, the pictures do it no justice.

Incredible stay about 30 mins drive from Valencia town / airport - a real gem of a find on Airbnb. We had 2 couples and 2 infants, and the property was ideal. Very spacious, extremely well equipped, beautiful pool and hot tub on the balcony. It was immaculately clean, especially given the size. The place was full of unexpected extras that really added to the trip, such as a games, archery set, balls, a large speaker for outside, brilliant bbq area, treehouse and a wendy house for the kids. Even though the pictures are great, they can’t do this place justice. Equally, it doesn’t show how great the host was. We arrived late on Saturday evening and we were treated to a lots of complimentary food and drink to welcome us - a wonderful touch. I would highly recommend this stay for any one looking for somewhere brilliant conveniently situated from valencia. It’s also only 20 mins from a beach, large supermaket and the incredible Mirador El Gabri viewpoint.

A very pleasant place

We needed a place to stay in Benicassim, Spain for 3 months and we couldn't have picked a better place or asked for a better host. This top floor apartment is close to the beach, a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, and only a 20 minute walk to Benicassim Village. It's the only apartment building on a quiet residential block. The large terrace is great for spending hours outside viewing the ocean and mountains while eating, having a drink, taking a siesta or reading. Beautiful sunrises over the sea and sunsets beyond the mountains. Everyone in the building was very nice and welcoming. We had a few requests for Alfonso and he was absolutely accommodating.

Everything was great! Esteban was very nice to us.

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

Carlos’s home was very comfortable and a great location

Carlos was waiting for us and he showed us how to get in the parking garage and the apartment. He even sent us recommendations on places to visit around Castelló. He was extremely helpful. The apartment is very well built with high quality windows, shades, floors, modern and fully equipped kitchen, new appliances, washer in separate laundry room. Very comfortable, well located with supermarkets within five-minute walk. Town center is also walking distance. One of the best AirBnB that we have stayed in Spain.
