Flot køkken og bad, stor stue med TV og internet og 180 graders havudsigt. 3 store soveværelser og alle med den smukkeste udsigt over Flensborg Fjord. Gendarmstien/Gendarmenwanderweg og fantastisk natur som nabo, tæt på Flensborg og Sønderborg og gåafstand til restauranterne Pearl, Sivgaarden og Providence. Døre er udsmykket med landskabsmotiver af kunstneren Wilhelm Dreesen.

Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer sind ein großer lichter Bereich. Vom Wohnzimmer führt eine Doppelglastür auf eine große Holzterrasse.
